Esther has serious damage after having fallen with Bea; finally the nurse recovers, but her ex-girlfriend dies. She also doesn't remember what happened and Maca can't bear to tell her. Vilches returns to the hospital and meets again all his partners, including Jacobo, who will become his enemy for operating on Javier's arm. Alicia attends her father's wedding with Héctor at her side. Everybody is very busy at the hospital, so Waldo must attend solo to a patient whose problem is very difficult to discover. Alicia notices that Waldo has come to the hospital drunk and asks for Héctor's help in hiding him. Esther "escapes" from the hospital without permission and goes to Bea's funeral, where she has an argument with Bea's husband; later Maca explains to her what happened. Jacobo is angry because Javier chose Vilches to operate on him and wants to use a past case of negligence to fire Raquel. Claudia's surviving baby is in danger and a decision is needed: Carlos wants to operate, but she makes clear that she wants to make it herself. Leyre wonders if she's been deceptive ...

Esther has resumed her work in the hospital although she suffers memory loss and has not otherwise fully recovered; Claudia is also in danger, Gimeno and Maca do some tests on her and her surviving baby. Teresa's son has left her home so she again has room for Guille, who has rented a flat that's so far away that he must get up at 5AM to get to work on time. Maca is in Jerez because her mother is ill and being submitted to tests there, while Esther keeps having memory lapses and also needs tests. Teresa tells Alicia that living with Héctor is a good idea, but she continues to feel unsure. Claudia's baby is worse and Gimeno advises a treatment with EPO to her; later he confesses that he's in love with her. Vilches convinces Sandra to meet with him so he can tell her the truth about himself, but just when he leaves the hospital to see her, Guillermo arrives with his daughter; Vilches decides to meet Sandra anyway and suffers a car accident with her. After finding the dead patient, Raquel appears in the newspaper criticizing the the conditions of the patients in the Central, something that could bring her many problems. Sandra enters the hospital after the car accident she suffered with Vilches, and there she sees again Fernando, with whom she had a relationship in the past. The new resident, Daniel, arrives at the hospital and begins to work with Raquel. Maca argues with her father because he seems more interested in his business than in his wife's health; a bit later, he suffers a heart attack and dies. Valeria can see again and is almost recovered so wants to rejoin the hospital; however, the SAMUR only offer her an administrative place, and as she wants to work as a doctor, she tells Javier that if she doesn't have a place in Urgencias she will sue the hospital for negligence.
