The designers must create a haute couture gown in two days.

The designers must create a black and white cocktail dress, are surprised by two special guests.

The designers must create a design for Elle Magazine's 'First Look' page. This challenge decides who goes to Fashion Week.

Heidi and Tim gather together the Final Four and the castoff designers for a review of the third season. Included are Keith's dismissal, Vincent's comments in print, and projections concerning who should have been in the Final Four and who should now win.

Tim visits the four finalists in their homes and studios, then the finalists return to New York to put the finishing touches on their collections.

The accusations against Jeffrey are resolved, the finalists present their shows at Bryant Park, and the new winner of Project Runway is selected.
