Louise and Ashley are stuck in the car and the latter very badly. Ashley have lost the feeling in one of his legs. The Fire and Rescue team arrives and force Louise's car door open so she can get out. She's relatively unhurt. Ashley proves difficult to get out from that wreck however and because he keeps loosing blood, the paramedic in command might have to make the difficult decision to amputate his leg. Jack persuades Robert and Katie to go inside the house and concentrate on Victoria and Daz whilst Andy and Jack alone continue dealing with the cattle problem. ...

The recent storm is center of the attention in this episode. Some are outside, clearing up rubble whilst others are at the hospital for injuries or like in Marlon's case, staying at the bedside of a loved one. Tricia is still unconscious and the question is if she will wake up or not. Unfortunately it's leaning towards the latter as she gets a cardiac arrest and later other complications. It's looking more positive at Ashley's front however as we find out that they managed to save his leg. Also, Zoe wants Sott to come back and work for her but he of course makes it ...

Marlon is in a state of denial and won't accept that Tricia isn't going to wake up. Scott tells Zoe that he saw Jack helping Andy on the farm on work hours. This - perhaps among other things - makes Zoe give the go-ahead to Scott when asked if he can have Jean for a couple of hours the next day. Viv is thrilled and wants to have a party for her granddaughter whom she haven't really gotten acquainted with yet and give her a late Christmas present. Also, hospitalized Louise has been given consent from the hospital to go home.

Jack has had enough of Scott so he quits. Zoe blames Scott for her not having an estate manager anymore so she refuses to let him see Jean. Scott accuses Zoe of using their daughter, saying she never changed her mind about Jean, she never intended on letting him have her anyway and that it's got nothing to do with Jack so Scott quits as well. Viv and Bob had already organized a party for Jean and it looks as if it was all to waste now.

Zoe tries to negotiate a deal with Jack so he will come back but he's not interested. He just don't want to step back into the agony he recently left. He wants to help Andy out on the farm but his help isn't appreciated as Andy is still on the same track as he was last year, feeling like Jack is being too controlling. Scott sees a chance to spend some time with his daughter when Zoe isn't looking. After struggling to make ends meet for a while now, something good seems to be erupting from the horrible as Syd's offered a lot of building jobs in the village now because ...

Scott comes back to the village with Jean (they were only in a ball pit in Hotten). Never the less, Zoe is still very worried but Scott is holding on to their baby and wants visiting rights regarding her. Will they come to a deal or will the police interfere and bring up the conditions of the law, which both parents may lose on? Andy offers Jack to come back and help him at the farm, but as a paid employee. Terry finds out that he will have to find someone who can look out for him 24/7 if he's likely to be discharged from the hospital but Dawn is unfortunately still ...

Marlon finally gives the doctors his consent to end what is left of his wife's earthly existence (although Dr. Mcderrick of course has made it clear that Marlon don't have any real power and that they would terminate Tricia in the end anyway). Terry leaves hospital, for good hopefully.

Charity tries to persuade Terry to try and remember if Chris showed any indications that he was planning to frame Charity for his subsequent death. Although Terry stays loyal to Chris and doesn't cooperate with Charity, he later acknowledges to Bob that he had it in him to do what Charity claims he did. Alan breaks the news to Marlon that Tricia's earthy existence is now fully terminated and that the transplant went well.

To get Marlon into a better mood, Zak persuades him to see Tricia's funeral as a party where he can celebrate her life instead of mourning her death. Zak even tries to arrange to have "Mamma Mia" used as the funeral song. Is Zoe bribing Terry to not say anything in court which could defame Chris' character and help Charity? Also, Chloe is frustrated about their poor economic situation so she tells Syd to demand 50% of the cost up front of customers in the future.

Terry gets in touch with Rachel and the police, to talk about Chris. Zoe finds this out however and gets him to step back. Chloe gets nasty and forces Edna to pay Syd the full repairing price up front although she had come to an agreement with Syd earlier to pay him later.

Zoe gives Terry an old watch of Chris' so he'll have something personal from his deceased friend. She almost certainly did this just to keep him quiet. Debbie is angry at Scott because he's working for Zoe so she gets at him through his car, with the help of a reluctant Daz. Charity knows she don't stand much chance in court but she never the less turns down a suggestion from Cain and Debbie that they go on the run.

Daz goes to court. Unpopular Scott pops around Katie and Andy's place when the latter is away, tells her that he is raising their rent by 10%. Scott gives an indecent suggestion on how they (or 'she' practically) can pay up. What he doesn't know is that Robert overheard their conversation from Andy's bedroom, where he was hiding. Of course, Robert can't burst out from the room and start a fight but he doesn't have to anyway because Katie slaps Scott in the face. A slap in the face isn't all Scott gets today however as he finally gets into a (rather brutal) fight with ...

Nicola is in agony after the homemade caramel accident but it seems like there's nothing to do than to wait for it to go away and take some tablets in the meantime. Katie assigns Donna as chief bridesmaid. Also, Daz and Debbie are up to no good again.

Steph and Diane come to blows because Diane will speak at the funeral. Steph feels that the funeral has been hijacked by people who aren't related to Tricia. It's unclear whether any of the two ladies will show up at the funeral in the end. Louise surprises Ashley with two tickets to Los Angeles but their relationship take a turn for the worse as Ashley rejects the offer, saying he's needed in the village. First Laurel and now vacations, it has become evident that Louise and Ashley truly are very different and not in a gainful way. Are the unmatched pair going to part...

The villagers attend Tricia's funeral. Alan meets the mother of a girl who received Tricia's donated heart. Dawn returns from Spain and is pleased to see that Terry is on the mend.

Chloe's letter has the desired effect and Chas, thinking it is from Colleen, punches her. Cain almost catches Andy & Debbie in bed together.

Dawn agrees to let Scott move in with her. Carl gets back from holiday to find Colleen refusing to let him see his kids and wanting a divorce.

Andy pretends to be Cain to cover for Debbie skipping school. Chloe gatecrashes the King brothers' night out.

Cain discovers that Debbie is lying to him about where she has been. Dawn kisses Scott. Carl agrees his divorce with Coleen. Sam returns home.

Cain finds condoms in the barn. Callum catches Sam fishing and locks him in a shed. Chloe ensures that she is invited to the Kings' awards ceremony.

Debbie refuses to tell Cain who she has been sleeping with, after ruling out Daz he sets his sights on Ethan, he follows him into the church and attacks him. Pearl is pleased to hear that Frank Bernard is to be released tomorrow.

Angry that Ethan is still in the village Cain smashes up his car and hits him before Zak & Ashley can calm him down. During a row Cain slaps Debbie. Frank Bernard arrives in the village. Belle dresses as a pumpkin for the harvest festival.

Frank Bernard is made to feel welcome by everyone until they discover who he is. Zak warns Cain about ever hitting Debbie again. Diane gets good news about her operation.

Viv's community protest meeting gets out of hand and Len & Pearl's window is broken. Diane comes home from hospital.

Paul & Rodney fail to get on at the men only poker game. Len suspects Scott of smashing his window and quits his job.

Trading Standards turn up at the factory to investigate the manufacture of counterfeit goods. Diane attends a welcome home party at The Woolpack. Paul's drag act goes down badly with Rodney.

Alan makes a break for freedom but the villagers think he's losing his marbles. The Dingles keep Charity in the dark about Cain hitting Debbie. Viv shows her disgust when Frank Bernard goes to church.

Lisa calls round to see Turner, and as Steph tries to get rid of her to avoid suspicion, Turner cries out to stop her leaving and slips on the stairs. Meanwhile, the Dingles hatch a plan to steal a couple of kegs of beer from the pub.

The Dingle showdown gets underway as Solomon and Zak battle it out for the title of King. Zak is thrilled when he is victorious until being branded a cheat and Solomon promptly moves into the Dingles' Homestead. Elsewhere, a few of the girls attend self-defense classes in order to be prepared should Frank Bernard try anything.

Donna heads off to Hotten on her scooter but it breaks down.Frank is out walking and is concerned to see a tearful Donna on the edge of the road. He approaches her to offer help, but assuming he is going to attack her Donna panics and runs away after using her rape alarm. Marlon gets a shock when he opens his front door to find four young ragamuffin children.

Scott and Syd drive back to the village having left Frank for dead on the roadside. Syd feels sickened by what they have done but Scott shows no remorse. Marlon is exhausted having spent a whole day with the kids. He is close to tears as he realizes he has no parenting skills.

Donna feels terrible when she hears about Frank being beaten up and when she confronts Scott about the attack she sees straight through his denial. Zak worries that Solomon is driving him and Sam apart and comes up with a new plan to be rid of his rival.

Lisa and Zak struggle to be nice to Solomon while Marlon struggles with Lillith's children. The police question Scott and Syd over the attack on Frank Bernard. Len and Pearl decide to leave the village.

Chloe sprays perfume on Carl's clothes before heading off with him to the business awards, leaving Chastity convinced they're having an affair. Syd loses his job over his involvement in the attack.

Believing that she has been betrayed, Chas throws Carl and Chloe's clothes out of the window. Paddy and Marlon take the kids out for Halloween.

Chas and Carl split up, Marlon and Donna show the kids how to make a cake, Daz tries on Edna's clothes.

Betty returns from Australia and catches Syd in the nude. Chas rows with Colleen.

Steph stops Betty from seeing Alan. Andy tells Katie that he has been seeing Debbie.

Andy tells Cain he needs to control his temper around Debbie. Seth informs Betty that he will not return home from Australia anytime soon.

It's Bonfire Night and Marlon and Donna come close to kissing, Katie warns Andy to stay away from Debbie, and Emily is shocked by how bad Alan looks.

Scott is given the all-clear by the police over Frank's attack. Marlon is angry when Luke goes through his photos of Tricia.

Dawn changes her statement and Scott is arrested. When Viv discovers that Bob accompanied Dawn to the police station she kicks him out. Sadie gives Betty a job cleaning Home Farm.

Steph's plans to get Alan's money seem to be working when Matthew puts in an offer to buy the B & B. Zoe returns to Home Farm and has to put down Sadie's horse, Legacy.

Daz discovers the truth about Steph's mistreatment of Alan, he tells Emily but she doesn't believe him. Steph tricks Alan in to signing away the B & B. Scott tries to find a character witness.

Daz decides to rescue Alan from the B & B, but he is caught by Steph who drags him to the cellar. On Sadie's recommendation Zoe gives Sam a job as Callum's assistant preventing Zak's poaching.

Steph bundles Alan into a car and speeds off with Paddy, Emily and Daz in pursuit. She reaches a quarry and puts her foot down, heading for the cliff edge.

The police question Steph about her recent treatment of Alan after he accuses her of planning to kill him and steal his money. Tom and Charity hear their banns being read in church. Work begins on the post office refit.

The police search the B&B and find evidence that Steph was attempting to steal Alan's money, after doing a blood test to see if he was being drugged, Steph is arrested.

Steph is released by the police, but after talking to Emily, Alan tells them that he believes Steph killed Shelly.

The police search the B&B once more, this time for evidence that Steph killed Shelly. Alan is released from hospital and goes to stay with Betty, while Ashley takes in Steph.

The police find Shelly's scarf and discover her bank account has been emptied. Danny & Donna break up. Sadie decides to try and seduce Robert.

After Donna helps Marlon prepare for the twins' birthday, she admits to Katie that she has feelings for him. The police launch a nationwide hunt for Shelly.

Marlon dresses up as a clown for the twins' birthday, but halfway through the party Lilith returns for her children. The police search the landfill site for evidence.

The police charge Steph with Shelly's murder. Marlon & Donna get together but decide to keep it a secret. Sadie gives Katie the top she seduced Robert in.

Steph is refused bail and remanded in custody. Syd finally gets a job interview. Charity fees ignored by Roger & Helen.

Scott receives a twelve month suspended sentence for the attack on Frank Bernard. Charity, hurt by Helen's comments about her cooking, tells her that the Beef Wellington she has prepared is "a heart attack on a plate", sure enough, over at the golf course, Roger clutches his chest, falls to the ground and dies.

Charity tries to convince Tom that he's got plenty of years ahead of him but he insists that he's ready for the scrap heap. Syd leaves the village for his new job in Manchester.

Dawn & Scott trick their parents in to spending time together by booking them a surprise holiday in Lanzarote.

Chloe finally succeeds in seducing Carl. Louise and Terry run the 'Dales Dash' dressed as Catwoman and Robin. The Kings entertain Roger's relatives after his funeral.

Paul returns from Spain and finally bonds with Rodney while working at the vineyard. Tom gives Carl a job as manager of the waste disposal division. Jimmy tells Sadie that it's time they called their marriage a day.

Enzo arrives from Spain and Paul is thrilled until Enzo tells him that their relationship is over. Sadie admits to Zoe that her marriage is failing because she doesn't want children.

Emily & Paddy disagree about how to spend their time. Rodney apologizes to Paul for his homophobic comments the previous night. Katie struggles to find a new caterer for the party.

Cain blackmails Sadie over her affair with Robert. Donna tries her hand at staff training in the café. Sam makes friends with fellow chicken lover Alice.

Zak, Shadrach & Paddy go fishing, they think they may catch "The General" but get a rusty bike instead. Paddy is caught by Callum. Alice tells Emily that she has been struggling to cope with the farm since her father died.

Emily tells Alice that the farm can't be saved and she will have to sell. Cain gets threatened by two goons who want £5000.

Cain forces Robert to give him money but fails to get any more out of Sadie. Marlon warns Donna that she is in danger of turning in to her mother.

Lesley turns up unexpectedly and pressures Simon in to agreeing to spend Christmas with her. Zak and Shadrach embarrass Charity while selling Mistletoe in the Woolpack.

Cain & Daz burgle Pearl & Len's house. Simon buys two tickets for a Caribbean cruise for Nicola and Himself over Christmas forcing Rodney to invite Lesley to spend Christmas with him.

Val turns up with a young Half-Italian boyfriend in tow. Len & Pearl return to the village but are determined to leave for good when they discover the burglary.

Diane discovers that Val's relationship with Gianni is a scam. Dawn goes on a date with Greg to make Scott jealous.

Dawn & Greg go on a double date with Scott & Jenny but it is a damp squib and they end up together. Terry & Betty clean the B&B ready for the reopening.

Bob & Viv come back from holiday and aren't happy that Dawn & Scott are together again. Diane decides to give Val one last chance. The B&B's first guests turn out to be ghouls.

Vis hits the roof when she finds out that Donna is dating Marlon. Bob & Viv declare that their marriage is finished. Pearl tells Edna that she doesn't want to leave the village.

Bob moves into the B&B after spending the night in his car, later he & Viv announce that they will be getting divorced. Danny designs the B&B's website. Terry & Louise celebrate Christmas early.

Tom tells Dean to keep out of Charity's way. Marlon asks Viv & Donna to spend Christmas with him and the Dingles. Tom offers Charity a job. Daz suggests that he & Andy visit their dad in gaol.

Debbie finds out that Cain has been breaking in to houses but is still short of the money he needs. Andy refuses to go and see Billy. Sadie puts pressure on Robert to help her frame Charity.

Debbie tells Charity about her affair with Andy. Sadie is angry when Robert backs out on their deal. Val & Diane go on a shopping trip.

Lesley arrives at Rodney's house for Christmas and quickly gets on his nerves by hitting him in the face with a Salmon and playing a Cliff Richard CD. Sadie sacks Katie and bribes Cain in to agreeing to help frame Charity.

Val invites Eric to spend Christmas with her and Diane. Alan donates booze to the Dingles. Betty gets a Christmas video message from Seth in Australia.

Viv has a drunken sing song after Christmas dinner at the Dingles. Charity receives a sports car from Tom while Jimmy gives Sadie a horse.

Ethan decides to leave just before Niamh arrives to see him. Carl & Chloe see Cain & Charity together outside a hotel and get suspicious.

Debbie tells Zak about her relationship with Andy. Zak hits Andy. Carl tells Tom about Cain & Charity. Alice teaches Sam how to be a cockerel.

On Zak's orders Debbie moves out of the farm and in to the Dingles. Sadie offers Cain more money to help her incriminate Charity. Ethan races to see Niamh before she leaves for South Africa.

Andy tells Cain that he has been sleeping with Debbie, Cain beats him up and has to be locked in the barn to stop him killing Andy. Joseph ruins Zoe's table.

After being released from the barn Cain warns Andy that if he keeps seeing Debbie he will get Daz sent to prison. Callum resents being treated like a servant. Marlon celebrates Donna's birthday.
