James checks out the Inventing Room in Denver, which dishes up frozen desserts made with liquid nitrogen. He also samples sliders with innovative toppings at the Burnt Truck in Irvine, California; alligator tacos at the Taco de Paco truck in Baton Rouge, Louisiana; and gourmet hot dogs at Austin's Evil Wiener truck.

Jen-N-Outlaw's Fish Fry Truck has Alabama-style crawfish in Brooklyn. Also: Caribbean cuisine from Riff's Truck in Nashville; Asian-Latin fusion tacos from Dos Chinos truck in Irvine, Cal.; and mini donuts from Denver's Sugar Lips truck.

Massive portions of barbecue ribs are dished up at MOgridder's BBQ in the Bronx. The host also samples crepes from Go-Ya-Ya's truck in Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Asian-inspired eats at Austin, Texas' East Side King trailer; and classic burgers and shakes from the 1950s-style Barbie Burgers truck in Nashville.

Stops include "Fukuburger" in Las Vegas for Japanese-inspired burgers; "Soul Patrol" in Honolulu for Southern fried chicken; Orlando's "Big Wheel Provisions" for beef-heart skewers and deviled eggs with roasted peppers.

James samples Japanese cuisine with a Mexican twist at the "Jogasaki Burrito" truck in Los Angeles. Also spotlighted: the "Opal Thai" truck in Honolulu; "Sloppi Jo's Roving Eatery" in Las Vegas; and "2 Fat 2 Fly" truck in South Carolina.

James checks out Rosa's Bella Cucina, a mobile Italian deli, in Burbank, Cal. He also visits the Yum Yum Cupcake Truck in Orlando, & samples dim sum from the Tasty Bunz truck in Las Vegas, & fish tacos from Camille's on Wheels in Honolulu.

Smoked meats are sampled at South Carolina's "Bone-in Artisan Barbecue on Wheels". The host also tastes French-Asian fusion cuisine at the "Dim-Sum-a-Go-Go" truck in Miami, and Filipino fusion food at the "Flip't Out Eats" truck in Hawaii.

Sampled: Venezuelan comfort food from the "Mr. Good Stuff" truck in Miami; Philly cheese-steaks from the "Food Slingers" truck in Las Vegas; Filipino rice plates from the "Wow Silog Truck" in San Jose.

"Swamp Shack" in Portland, Oregon, serves up homemade bread pudding and alligator jambalaya. Also spotlighted: "Latin Burger and Taco Truck" in Miami; "Shrimp Pimp Truck" in Santa Monica, Cal.; and "Strada Cucina" in Charleston, S.C.

Fresh Cuban cuisine is sampled at the Babaloo Truck in San Francisco. Also featured: San Francisco's Brass Knuckle Truck; the Dog House in Portland, Oregon.
