Guppy and Abs go for a massage but Guppy runs out thinking the masseuse is a sex woman; Charlie is reunited with Duffy, but Charlie suspects that Duffy's latest boyfriend, a drinking doctor, may not be all he claims; Guppy saves a boy's life using a woodworker's brace and bit. Meanwhile back in Holby, the new Cambodian doctor gets Maggie and Harry flustered for different reasons, and the piece of road used for all Casualty's road traffic accidents is put into use when a double decker bus full of ...

Comfort delivers a baby on the back of a truck; when the mother dies Comfort agrees to adopt the baby.

Selina persuades Nathan to have an HIV test which proves negative, setting the scene for another relationship attempt. Two gobby ambulance girls start work, one formerly of Corrie.

Nathan offers Harry an administrative position again, but the crafty manager has a trick up his sleeve. Kelsey's left in a mood when hospital staff are banned from smoking. UKTV.

Sean is thrown in at the deep end on his return to the hospital when a mother calls an ambulance after her baby stops breathing. UKTV.

A child with burns is brought to Holby and Comfort, who suspects the girl has been abused, is accused of drinking by Sean. UKTV.

Nathan feels the pressure as two Health Authority inspectors visit Holby and an angry Maggie catches him kissing Selena. UKTV.

Selena is set to fight Holby Emergency Department's closure on TV, but is quarantined when a patient is admitted to the hospital with radiation burns. UKTV.

Holby's MP falls down a staircase during a scuffle and is rushed to the ED. Nathan hires a journalist to help bring about the hospital's downfall. UKTV.

Part One. Told through the eyes of Josh, Ellen and a patient called Laura, the same events of a highly-stressful day are all seen from different perspectives. Josh deals with being reckless on the job and faces suspension, Ellen faces the fear that her cancer may have returned, and Laura, an extremely stressed nurse, takes her daughter Rosie in and claims she is suffering from fits and other strange symptoms. As all the events come together and explain some of the events that occur, tragedy lies just around the corner for one of Holby's staff...

Nathan proves an unlikely hero, and the team are pushed to their limits when one of their own ends up on the operating table.

Harry tends a critically ill baby and an accident occurs involving a van Load of prisoners and a crowd of protesters. UKTV.

Prostitutes and punters make a desperate bid to escape as fire rages at the brothel, and Guppy treats an injured man inside the building. UKTV.

Abs, Alice, Guppy, Greg and Cyd go surfing and come to the aid of a sailor; Nathan's difficult mum locks an unfortunate diabetic deliver driver who's been drinking anti freeze in her spare room. Harry goes into politics.

In a violent storm, casualties include a boy crushed by a falling tree while his older brother, the victim of an online suicide prompter, stands by and watches; a recluse in a caravan and a woman who is convinced her niece is an imposter. Meanwhile, Guppy is acting out of character and Nathan throws all Alice's plants in the skip.

Kelsey, now evicted for non payment of rent, continues to borrow money from many colleagues; A woman pregnant with twins by a sperm donor/friend is the victim of a stabbing by a mugger; Nathan tries to fit Harry up for sexual harassment; a randy old lady patient makes advances to several male staff including Sam and gets a telling off from Tess. Desperate Kelsey goes on the game - her first client is someone she knows.

A paraplegic boy has his wheelchair stolen; a headmaster has a stroke and his besotted deputy pretends to be his wife; Dixie lets promotion go to her head; Alice is full of regret re.Harry; Kelsey blackmails Nathan and Selina says yes to him.

Casualties include a man who insists on being called Mary and a young girl who may have been abused by her birth and/or foster parents. The news of Harry's suspension has reached the papers; Selina finds Alice has accessed his personnel records which exonerate him and she withdraws the charge against him. Nathan's bad day is topped off when Kelsey tells Selina her he is a regular at the brothel and Selina breaks off her engagement.

Harry is dragged from the hustings to treat a man badly injured in a car crash and his disowned daughter who has been attacked. A privileged teenager is injured in a sword fight over the favours of a promiscuous girl. Alice is persuaded not to resign when Sam has a whip round and replaces all her plants. Harry wins the election with a landslide.

A victim turns vigilante when a drug lord runs down an old woman; Harry doesn't want a fuss made on his last day but his staff are not easily dissuaded; paramedic Jeff starts and irritates gay boss Dixie by trying to call her feminine pet names; Harry and Selina kiss in full for the first time - witnessed by boo hiss villain Nathan.

An action by animal rights activists goes wrong; an abseiling builder knocks a woman off her balcony; posh and wealthy new nurse Nadia gets all the boys panting and Nathan continues to sabotage Selina's love life.

A former girlfriend of Greg returns and upsets everyone.

Greg chooses his woman; and the unwelcome visitor leaves.

A junkie and his girlfriend fight over their baby's custody resulting in a car crash and serious injuries.

Unbearably cool Stitch starts at Holby and the only woman he doesn't charm is Selina; Cyd has become convinced by a psychic that there is a small child in danger.

A couple of unpleasant druggies put their child's life in danger; Stitch puts Guppy to the test; Alice sees Tess and Abs practicing their ballroom dancing and thinks they're having an affair; Selina's worst fear is confirmed: she is pregnant with Nathan's baby.
