New doctor Lily is seems keen to undergo investigations after a robbery on the open road and Dixie helps an elderly lady on a romance mission after being knocked down by a cyclist.

New nurse Rita contends to a neighbour whose hoarding has got out of control. Fletch soon realises how strongly he feels about Tess when he covers for her and Jamie helps a failed asylum seeker to scared to tell the authorities he's gay.

Zoe returns to the ED only to find Jamie has been barricaded inside her office with Ramim, meanwhile Sam's colleagues see a different side to her when she saves a baby from a car crash and Tess considers handing in her resignation.

Fletch and Rita work together to treat a boy who claims to be the reincarnation of an elderly woman's brother whilst Ash and Jeff must work quickly to save two teenagers who have been tomb stoning with disastrous consequences.

Lily is paired up with Rita in hopes that her bedside manner can be improved and together they work on a teenage cancer patient. Whilst Charlie reveals a web of lies after a bush crash.

Having to treat two brothers involved in a drugs deal tests Iain and Jeff's ability to get on, and Jamie realises a patient is faking an illness just to get his mothers attention while Sam agrees Tom can move in with her.

Plumber Graham and son Jake find a hidden stash of cash when working on fixing a leaky water tank however before they are able to get anywhere they fall through rotten floorboards into the room below whilst Tom intends to propose to Sam.

When two police officers are attacked Iain's past life memories are deeply stirred. Lily oversteps the mark in patient care whilst Big Mac soon discovers whether he has the job as Emergency Care Assistant.

Fletch helps build bridges between two brothers who seem to be united by drugs. Cal treats a patient convinced he has a brain tumour and Ella is bought in again after an allergic reaction to drugs at a party.

Dixie risks her job to take a patient to see his dying mother. Elsewhere an unusual birthday treat goes awry when cocaine is sniffed.

Dixie is given three months' suspension by the Ambulance Trust. Zoe questions whether there was another way to save a life when a man is bought in after falling on a metal spike.

A wedding day car crash causes Ash and Fletch to pick up the pieces along with Rita, Ethan and Robyn and Ash realizes the truth of his own daughter when a patients experience with drugs turn sour.
