Border Patrol Agents William Ortiz and Eduardo Berlanga intercept a pickup truck packed with people who have illegally crossed the border. The situation heats up when they find two young twin girls and a distrustful father.

A special undercover group shuts down a house in Nogales, the quarters of suspected illegal immigrants. The agents are faced with the challenge of singling out the human smugglers, or "coyotes," and getting these suspected criminals off the streets.
