Naveen targets Dedha brothers to be his next mission to eradicate crime from the city of Muzaffarnagar. On the other hand, the Dedha brothers will do everything to maintain their fear, which they now feel is being eradicated slowly.

Ashok, a Dedha gang member, narrowly escapes Naveen's team but they get a hold of their weapons. This infuriates the Dedha brothers and they ask their mole planted in Naveen's team to give them his exact schedule for a hit back.

Naveen and his wife have an accident when his car is hit by a truck. He is disturbed and decides to get non-bailable warrants from the righteous Judge. When the brothers get to know about this, they appoint Azhar to execute their plan.

The Judge is shot and is critical. Naveen cannot seem to get a hold of the situation. On the other hand, the brothers catch all the animals from the city and lock them inside to stop people from earning their livelihood.

Naveen wants his task force to find out how the Dedha brothers earn their money. He intends to put pressure on them by choking their monetary supplies. Meanwhile, Pintu is holding a newborn child and that stops Balram from shooting him.

Dr. Tiwari holds a press conference and accuses Naveen to be responsible for his kidnapping and Naveen has no answers to counter his claims. He also asks other doctors to pay protection money to the Dedha brothers.

The Dedhas cross all limits and cause a massacre in Shaukeen's house by shooting anyone and everyone they see. Somehow Ashfaq and Naaz find a way to escape. On the other hand, Pooja goes into labor while Naveen watches the city burn.

Naveen is given one last chance to end what he started. Dedha brothers kill Vijayraj and his family for denying them the money earlier. Naveen takes an oath to not see the face of his newborn until he finishes the Dedha brothers for good.

Gurjan finally switches on his phone and his location is traced. Naveen heads towards him and he is killed in this chase. Naveen plans an attack on Pintu's house and he tells everyone in the team their course of action, including Sunil.

Naveen gets Sunil arrested and begin the operation to catch Pintu. On the other hand, Neha gets proof that connects Rana to the massacres happening in the city. Naveen is close to catching Pintu and suddenly Chintu arrives.
