Çinar and her team start investigating a death case in one of the most famous clinics in Cappadocia. But this murder will not be the last. The secret behind the deaths crosses the paths of Çinar and Defne, the daughter of one of the victims.

The killer gets more and more brutal as he continues to kill. While Çinar conducts the investigation, she also deals with Su. Çinar, who asks Defne for help regarding the history of medicine for the case, realizes the connection between the murders and Avicenna's Ahlat-i Erbaa. This is also a sign that the murderer will continue to kill.

In his lair, the murderer prepares mixtures from herbs and performs rituals by looking at the codes in his hand. While Defne continues her research, she is unaware that the killer is after her. Defne finds a connection between her grandfather and the murders. A skeleton unearthed in the reeds takes Çinar to his past.

Çinar escapes the murderer. This time the murderer also has a hostage. Defne learns that the secret the killer is after is an old recipe. Çinar supports Firat for the skeleton file. The killer comes into close contact with Defne. While Çinar protects mother and daughter, he gets closer to them.

Although Kazim tries to close the file, Çinar has doubts. Firat asks Seyit Ali for help with the skeleton file. Trying to solve the secret of the recipe, Defne and Çinar reach the names of the four musicians in Bimarhane. The killer has only one way left; reaching Defne.

Melih approaches Defne under the pretext of a museum. As the two spend more time together, Defne shares more information about the case. Meanwhile, Çinar makes progress in the case and finds a mysterious tomb. Firat finds new evidence in the skeleton file.

Çinar's suspicions are focused on the clinic. Meanwhile, Çinar, who is searching for Elif's missing toy, realizes that the murderer has reached much closer than he thought. Defne confronts Akin for the last time for custody of her daughter. Firat, on the other hand, combines the pieces in his own case and is nearing the end.

The killer escapes once again. Firat tells Çinar that he has solved the case, now there is another person who knows his secret. Analyzing the clues on the burned-out board, he discovers the order in the killer's intricate drawings, and arrives at what he's up to. The killer plans a final ritual. When everything is over, all that remains for Çinar is to face her conscience.
