Single mother Gillian is shopping for a rug with her kids. The rug she picks comes with a genie, but she is not interested. He tries to explain over and over that he is now bound to her because she is his master.

Gillian wishes there were enough of her to go around, and Genie makes it so. He pulls all of her "sides" out of her, her fun side, her seductive side, her depressed side, etc.

Grampa Max is ready for his "big ride." When a genie outlasts his usefulness, he is sent off into the sky on a burning rug. Travis tries to convince him he is still useful and should stay.

Gillian gets the power to read minds and finds out her daughter has a pack of cigarettes.

When Gillian remarks that she'd like to meet Don Juan, Genie conjures up the fictional character. Meanwhile, Mickey enters the school's talent show.

On Halloween, the Genie learns what it's like to be human, while his grandpa brings Frankenstein to life.

A time warp sends the Apples to the 1950's.

After accidentally eating the genies' magical soup, Travis learns that he's going to strike out in a baseball game, causing his team to lose.

Travis uses Genie's time travel powers to run away from home to a pirate ship.

Genie is not welcome, so he shrinks himself to live in Mickey's old dollhouse. When he shrinks Gillian too, he can't get her back to normal size and is forced to take her to Klunderbuck, a genies-only celebration.

Genie conjures a younger version of Gillian who proves to be a bad influence on Mickey. Meanwhile, Genie mentors a young female Jeannie.

Genie's jilted bride returns with a vengeance. Meanwhile, Mickey goes out on her first date.

Genie offers to grant a wish for the kids, so Travis wishes that every day was Christmas - which not only causes headaches for the Apples, but also for Santa Claus.
