Oretha is a church going rock chick stuck with a wardrobe crisis. Her Sunday best is worst and her casual clothes are from the 80's. Can Stacy London and Clinton Kelly get her in the right size, right fit and right era?

Working mom Laura is hiding under full t-shirts and sweat pants, according to her husband, boss, mother and friends. They've enlisted the help of Stacy and Clinton to persuade Laura that the right clothes are just as easy and comfortable as her old ones.

New York-based painter Mary knows about shape, color and form when it comes to her art. But when it comes to her clothes, she's dressing like a starving artist. Now she must attend a gallery opening. Can Stacy and Clinton turn Mary into a work of art?

Ellen, a fitness instructor has recently lost over 50 pounds! Her family says it's time for her wardrobe to have a workout. Her clothing choices are too youthful and she only wears black. The fashion experts transform her wardrobe to flatter her new body.

Remember Ross, the thirty something guitarist in a rock band? His formerly slender, young rocker frame is now a 36-inch waist, and his former blonde locks are now thinning and balding. Stacy and Clinton need to get him into a more mature yet stylish look.

Donia has a passion for punk. She loves to let it all go on the dance floor, but with oversized tees, polyester pants and hippy dippy hair, her look is long way from the edgy, sexy, rock chick she actually is.

Actor David Lee wears a dress and full make up when he's on stage, but out of costume his friends say he looks like a beach bum. And that's a problem, because he lives in Orlando, Florida where the beach is 45 minutes away.

Cynthia from Atlanta is a wife, a mom of two young children and a successful ad sales rep. When it comes to fashion, she's hooked on bold floral patterns, mismatched fabrics and clumpy shoes or clogs - which she wears with socks!

30 year old Crissa's got a four month old baby girl. Like a lot of new moms, she's carrying a few extra pounds she didn't have before she was got pregnant. Baby Stella is dressed impeccably in the latest styles, but Crissa's still wearing the sweats.

Forty-something Kathy is a hairstylist and the manager of a New York Salon - not just any salon but the one owned by What Not To Wear's very own stylist Nick Arrojo. But Kathy's lack of style is making her stand out for all the wrong reasons...

Marie is a lawyer in Atlanta who believes that to be professional, she has to wear black - not only in the office, but also in the gym, at the supermarket - in fact she only ever wears black. Stacy and Clinton try to persuade her that color is an option.

Former dancer John has lost all interest in fashion. He rarely gets out of his cargo shorts. Stacy and Clinton will have to put pressure on John to even try on different clothes, let alone wear them.

Special needs teacher Debbie from Newport Beach in CA thought she'd solved her fashion problems by learning to sew. But her friends think her choice of patterns and fabrics aren't very flattering. Stacy and Clinton persuade her to follow their lead.

Jeanne's idea of fashion is to match, so if she's in blue from head to toe, she thinks she's right in vogue. Stacy and Clinton have to get this Californian safety manager to realize that matching is not a fashion statement-- a proper fit is what flatters.

Forty something Chicago attorney Kim has a collection of turtle neck sweaters, 23 in all. She wears them with trousers and long cardigans or jackets which drown her petite frame. Her work colleagues say she's making herself look dowdy and staid.

Shannon, 28, works as a telephone salesperson, but she's about to leave her desk and come face to face with her customers. Her colleagues are worried that Shannon won't be making commission unless she looks more professional.

Terry from San Francisco is more interested in catching a wave or getting a hole in one than going shopping. Terry's life revolves around his landscape design business. Stacy and Clinton know Terry's sporty physique will look good in the proper clothes.

Mirella has just received her first position as a Professor of Psychology, after being a full time student for 12 years. Her best friend thinks she's been wearing the same clothes for the whole of her student life and it's time Mirella changed her image.

Larissa is 25, but she wears clothes more suited to a teenager. Her tops are too short, her jeans are too tight and she is fond of glitter and sheer. Her friends think she should dress more like a woman and less like a girl, but Larissa won't grow up.

Megan looks like the typical San Francisco musician hippie. Her lack of style is affecting her career and she's been told she ought to be singing in coffee houses rather than packing concert halls. This potential star needs a total overhaul.

Lisa is a mother of two and a human rights lawyer. With her time dedicated to her family and her job her appearance is the last thing on her mind. Her friends say she wears her ten year old daughter's clothes - sweats, and wears black and white to work.

After a young woman nominates her fiancé due to his oversized clothes (after a 70-pound weight loss) and habit of wearing swimming trunks and soccer jerseys in public, the team decides to make over both of them due to her frumpy style and collection of T-shirts.

25-year old Aysha aspires to be a hair and makeup artist in the fashion industry, but she'll have to adjust her own fashion first. Stacey and Clinton have to persuade her to ditch the jeans and clumpy shoes and start dressing the part of a fashion pro.

28 year-old Tiffany has gotten too comfortable working from her D.C. home wearing workout gear. Even her dress up choices are way off target. Stacy and Clinton hope to adjust her fashion agenda to reveal a more professional and client-friendly woman.
