Theatre Manager Billy Cavanaugh and the staff of the Calhoun Theatre prepare for the arrival of a new owner, a man with a dangerous reputation.

After discovering a homeless family living in the theater, Billy and Liz devise a plan to fool the new owner Moises Predux. Jen and Teri prepare the theater for inspection. Box office employee Miss Ogilvie has a surprise encounter.

Moises and Penny discover the homeless family, but Billy won't give up on the lie regardless of who gets hurt. Liz, Teri and Jen go on a search for the paranormal and are shocked at what they find. Tensions rise on the stage of the theater.

Teri explains her 3-factor test. Liz helps Billy try to figure out his special talent. Billy and Teri interview potential new crew members. Meanwhile, Desmond, Duane, and Jen go ghost hunting.

Moises has chosen someone to oversee the season's productions, but this individual isn't quite what Billy and Liz expected. Teri introduces the new crew to the Calhoun Theater. Jen and Desmond go on a doggone good adventure.

The new crew is figuring things out. Billy meets with his mother to plan how to deal with Michael. Teri wants to sell her anime collection until Jen has a heart-to-heart with her. Liz opens up to Billy. Desmond and Duane chat ghosts.

The Unhauntinators are on the scene. Auditions for the musical begin. Teri meets a new guy. Liz gives Michael a piece of her mind. Moises hints at a secret Liz is hiding. The "ghost" is revealed.

As the production of Annie gets closer, the team is in high gear. The new crew are getting the lay of the land. Teri gushes about her new guy. Billy and Liz connect. Jen has a new outlook on life. Liz's secret is revealed.

The fallout from the team's discovery of Liz's secret is only just beginning. Billy has to deal with Michael's questionable choices during rehearsals. In the theater, Desmond and Duane have the new crew trapped and fearing for their lives.

The night of the Gala has arrived. Billy begins to hallucinate after eating too many shrimp. Teri learns about Rick's true intentions the hard way. Liz finally realizes her feelings for a certain someone.
