The cheerful and witty guy Tolya from a poor area once lost his arms and legs due to an accident. But suddenly Tolya finds out that he is entitled to free prostheses.

Tolya and Vanya want to fix something not very difficult in the house in order to prove to the neighbors and Masha that Tolya is a responsible and full-fledged man. They decide to destroy the wasps that have built a nest in the attic of the house.

The bandits who control the garbage disposal business put pressure on Eldar - he has not paid for a long time. Eldar makes excuses: local activist Tolya took away his house. And the Bandits decide to get rid of Tolya.

Vanya is sure that Eldar wanted to get rid of Tolya, because their old crumbling house is a gold mine. But Tolya does not believe in this. And Vanya decides to find the "mole" in the company of Eldar.

Galina tells Tolya and Vanya that soon the mayor's office will hold a competition for the distribution of money for the overhaul of dilapidated housing. And Tolya decides to apply for this competition. But Eldar also expects to receive money to repair Tolya and Vanya's house.

Eldar invites Galina to become the CEO of the new company and apply for the competition on her behalf. Galina doubts: she does not want to participate in Eldar's corruption schemes. Eldar begins to suspect that she has an agreement with Vanya and Tolya.

Eldar finds out about Tolya's list of problems with the signatures of the residents and forces Vanya to steal this document. At the same time, Tolya is informed that they cannot allow him to compete.

Vanya admits to Tolya that he stole the list and hopes for understanding. But Tolya considers him a traitor and breaks off friendship.
