Two years after the fall of Thorncorp, Noah Crimson has settled down. But a mysterious, yet familiar individual arrives in the early hours of the day, disturbing Noah and Aaron Thompson's peaceful lives.

After receiving a disturbing message from an old ally of Noah's, Jason and Aaron begin researching into the origin of the super weapon described in the message from Robert Black. Meanwhile, Noah meets Harriet Jackson.

Jason and Aaron seek an opportunity to get one step ahead of Quintin Technologies. Noah Crimson enlists Harriet Jackson to the cause, however he is having a second thoughts.

With the revelation that the Grid Mainframe survived, Noah takes it upon himself to end it once and for all. Meanwhile, Jason spots Leo in town, causing him and Aaron to clash.

With Noah Crimson missing in action, Aaron leads the fight against Quintin Technologies, however with time running out, Robert Black decides to intervene. Simultaneously, Jason and Harriet begin hacking into the GRID Operating System.

With GRID released worldwide, Aaron and Robert break into Quintin Technologies to end what they started. In the meantime, Harriet attempts to navigate through London, now a fugitive.
