Thomas and his friends are making a Halloween vlog, when suddenly the light goes off. When it returns, Dominic is dead, and later disappears. The others panic as they disappear one by one while Thomas stubbornly wants to continue vlogging.

Thomas and Gabe Erwin answer questions sent by Thomas' viewers on the "Never Have I Ever..." format, and they both answer "yes" or "no" to them.

Thomas is joined by a group of cartoon voice actors. Thomas' viewers have previously sent him random phrases attached to one particular cartoon character, and the actors must deliver these phrases playing these characters.

Thomas and Brizzy Voices deliver more animal names as if they were being said by Pokemon.

Thomas and his friends tell some positive news and facts that have happened on the year 2016, tell some jokes, and do anything they can to try and cheer up anyone viewing that might feel sad, depressed or in despair for any reason.

Thomas' desperate to find a mate, so he decides to use courting techniques from different species of animals, with varying results.

A narrator tries to tell the story of a day in Thomas' life. But Thomas doesn't seem to pay much attention to the weirdest stuff that is happening around him, to the narrator's frustration.

Joan throws different things that are usually dreamed and Thomas, Talyn and Dahlia compete to guess the meaning of those dreams.

Thomas is at the recording studio finishing a brand new song, and while he signs some cards, he answers some questions the viewers send him live.

Once again, Thomas is going to guess if the plots read to him by Dominic and previously sent by the viewers belong to a real anime or are made up. This time, since it's Friday the 13th, all plots, real or fake, will be horror themed.

Thomas, Joan and Talyn join to do a live broadcast inviting the viewers to watch with them a few chapters of the anime Food Wars: Shokugeki no Soma (2015) and some more mini episodes of the anime "Bananya".

Thomas doesn't stop subtly reminding his friend that he owes him some money and wants it back "to be friends again".

Halloween's over and lots of people have decided to dress up as the Sanders Sides (2016). So Thomas, who's geeking out, shows pics and videos sent to him, and also describes the characters of Logan, Roman, Patton and Virgil.

Thomas tells three more stories with gaps between them that will be filled with the viewers' videos. This time he has help from Joan and Talyn, and among the viewers' videos, there are some surprises from special "unexpected guests".

Once again, viewers have sent descriptions of anime shows, some of them real and some of them fake, and Thomas must guess which are which. As a twist, Thomas will also make drawings depicting the plots, trying to help himself guessing.

Thomas and his friends play a game where they throw each other snippets of songs from lesser known musicals and they must try to continue the song as they can in three rounds, first with music and lyrics, then with music, and then acapella.

Thomas gets in another challenge to guess which of the plots sent by viewers are from real animes and which are fake. This time, for each failure, he will get a pie on the face. If he gets more than a half right, his friends will be pied.

Thomas looks back at the resolutions from the song "Lies" from Sanders Sides: A New Year of Lying to Myself... In Song (2017) he achieved last year. "Take the time for me I need" is the only one left, so he announces that he'll take a break of a few weeks before his next video.
