Joe and Melissa are hoping to rake in the money with their new business - a state of the art trash truck. Meanwhile, Teresa focuses on her dessert line, Fabilicious, and invites friends and family over to try out her new recipes. When the twins hear that someone has started a rumor about Nicole, it becomes clear that things are about to get messy.

Nicole and her firefighter boyfriend, Bobby, decide to throw a "First Responders" themed costume party together. The party kicks off hot and heavy as Dina finds a hunky young man she may be interested in. But soon enough, the "First Responders Party" turns into a five-alarm fire when Nicole confronts Amber about the rumor she's been spreading

The conflict in Florida heats up as Jim has a difference of opinion with Dina, Melissa and the twins as the shocking rumor about the twins' family is revealed. Back in Jersey, Teresa and Joe feel the weight of their legal situation and plan a getaway to New York City, while their estranged friends Chris and Jacqueline struggle to keep the spice in their relationship.

As Dina's Ladybug Charity event fast approaches, simmering tension between Teresa and Teresa over the Rino rumors threatens to derail the festivities. Meanwhile, Melissa and Joe break ground on their dream home, and Amber loses her hair again, but this time for a good cause. Finally, after pleading guilty to multiple fraud charges, Teresa and Joe Giudice learn their fate in federal court.

During a bonding trip to Atlantic City the ladies of NJ bare it all. Joe Giudice takes on a gamble of his own in babysitting mischievous Milania. Kathy and Teresa get into a war of words when Teresa takes offense to Kathy's Christmas gift.
