Andria, John, Benny, MJ and Lucy are travelling from Sydney to Andria's uncles farm, in search of Andria's sister Sophie and a place to call 'home'. When MJ's sister Lucy develops symptoms that resemble the virus, the group is divided on whether they should leave Lucy behind. The group finally arrive at Uncle Joe's farm, only to discover unwanted visitors.

Spud, Lily and Connor hold Andria, John and Benny hostage until they get the answers they need. With new alliances beginning to form between the two groups, Andria and John need to decide whether they should stay on the farm or attempt to find Andria's sister Sophie. When an infected visitor arrives at the house, MJ appears just in time to save the group.

In the aftermath of MJ's victory over the infected intruder, the group questions just how safe they really are here at Uncle Joe's farm. With food supplies running low, they agree that someone needs to leave the house and collect food. The original group is split up - Connor volunteers to go, and John and Benny are voted to go along with him. Meanwhile, Andria, MJ, Lily and Spud stay behind on the farm. Tensions rise between Andria and MJ. When the boys arrive back to the house, they are not the only ones with bad news.
