Transforms as Super Ma'am, Minerva saves the kids after recognizing Barbie, who's giving popsicles to the kids, as one of the Tamawos. Meanwhile, Rafa tried to convince Raquel to join them in a research about Petroglyphs. On the other hand, Lolita is being haunted by a bad dream.

Minerva becomes a teacher in a prestigious school, during her class one of her student plans a prank that scares her extremely, resulting in a trouble between Minerva and Jessica. Minerva remembers what happened to her sister and mother who's been taken by the Tamawo. Meanwhile, Jackielou plans on using Sofia to forward her revenge to bring the Tamawos back to glory.

The Manunggal jar found in Nueva Ecija, which Casper features in his vlog, is now taken to the museum. Meanwhile, the school principal assigns Minerva for the remedial class. Minerva tries to convince her students to pass the exam despite Jessica's effort to bring her down. On her way home, Minerva and Trevor accidentally meet inside the cab.

Trevor accidentally meets Minerva in the cab but wasn't able to get Minerva's name. While Trevor is wandering off, he meets Jessica and is invited inside her house. Meanwhile, Greta abducts a child to retain her youth; while Jake invites Minerva and Teban to the exhibit where the Manunggal Jar is.

Minerva and Esteban head to the exhibit where they accidentally meet Jessica and Trevor. Without them knowing, Greta and her guards (other Tamawos) will also go to the museum to get the Manunggal Jar. Greta's plan causes panic to the exhibit, causing Minerva to get trapped inside the museum. A Tamawo suddenly attacks and bites her, causing her to feel weak and experience hallucinations.

Minerva starts to experience different things with her senses because of the Tamawo bite. Dalikmata denies Greta's request for help to find the sakras. Meanwhile, Ceres meets Minerva when someone snatches her bag and sees Minerva holding the whip.

Minerva starts using her ability to locate the voices of people that need help. She helps Isay from her mother's boyfriend, and informs her mother about it. When Isay is back with her mom, however, she is taken away by the Tamawos riding in a van. Michelle sees the kids being abducted in a white van.

Minerva and her students decide to go find Isay. They are joined by Jessica and Trevor. At the place where the missing students were, Minerva uses her new-found heightened hearing ability to find Isay, and not long enough, finds herself fighting the evil guards with all her strength.

Minerva is trying to fight the Tamawos which took Isay away when Ceres comes to help her out. Greta talks to Avenir to tell her about the return of her enemy. Ceres tells Minerva how she starts fighting the Tamawos and tries to convince her to train with her.

Ceres with the help of Bixby trains Minerva to control her senses. Minerva then is able to use it to help other people in need. Greta fails to scare Isay to tell her the information about Minerva. Avenir has already finished her training to get back to Greta to fight for her.

With Minerva's abilities and weapon from Ceres, she starts her mission to save the kids and Isay from the Tamawo. She then finds the Tamawo's hideout and successfully saves the kids and Isay, while Greta and her clan escapes with the jar. Isay regains consciousness from the poison given by Greta, with the help of Ceres.

Avenir returns from her training to fight the new Tagachu that Greta and her guards were trying to find. Meanwhile, Minerva and her family reminisce her sister Mabelle's birthday and plan a family dinner to celebrate it.

The Tamawos attack the scouts in the jamboree and Minerva transforms into Super Ma'am to save the kids as Kristy takes a video. Bixby shows the video to his family while Casper and Trevor tags Minerva as "Super Ma'am".

Minerva arrives late for the family dinner, and finds her father drunk. She starts feeling sorry about what happened to her sister Mabelle. Avenir doubts if Super Ma'am is Greta's daughter.

After the Fight of the Tamawo and Super Ma'am, Minerva's students starts to idolize her on how she defeats them. Avenir is under the control and manipulations of Greta's lies, Greta trains Avenir to defeat Super Ma'am.

The boy scout of the Philippines makes a program to give Super Ma'am an award but no one is sure if Super Ma'am will appear so Onin makes a prank where he pretends to be a Tamawo. Meanwhile Ceres has been a hostage of Avenir, in the end Super Ma'am defeats Avenir and successfully rescues Ceres.

Depite Avenir's doubt of Greta's treatment to her, she comes to an idea of using Ceres to let Super Ma'am show up on a duel that is going to happen at Metropolitan University. Greta fails to get information from Dalikmata about the location of the sakras.

Avenir uses Ceres as a hostage so that Super Ma'am will fall to her trap inside the campus. Ceres manages to escape from the Tamawos headquarters and carries with her the Manunggal Jar. Super Ma'am finds a bomb inside the University and throws it towards the sky. Avenir comes to the university to get the body of Super Ma'am assuming that she is already dead.

Ceres fails to escape from Greta when she transforms into a Tamawo and starts attacking her. Greta kills Ceres and escapes with the help of Avenir. Super Ma'am then fights Avenir to avenge for Ceres' death. Ceres insists to her to run away with the jar, and leave her. Super Ma'am deals from the pain of losing Ceres.

With the death of Ceres, Minerva feels disappointment with herself and doubts the importance of the jar. Dalikmata appears from the manunggal jar and tells her the history of the sakras and how it can help her defeat the tamawos. Ace decides to leave Greta's group and joins Teban that turns out to be his cousin.

Super Ma'am comes to save Trevor from the hands of the Tamawos. Avenir comes in the aid of the Tamawos. Avenir gets a hold of the map where the sakras can be found and gives it to Greta.

Minerva wants to give up being Super Ma'am seeing Chaplin gets hit by the Tamawo. Meanwhile, Avenir fails to find the sakras, but gains information from the villagers about Raquel who found the sakras 15 years ago, so she plans to look for her to get it.

With the help of her assistant, Avenir heads off to Raquel's house, that turns out to be Minerva's mother. Avenir discovers where Chaplin is and attacks Bixby.

Super Ma'am is MIA. She gets in a coma after Avenir uses the sakras against her.

Avenir holds Kristy and friends hostages to show the media her strength. Teban and Ace plan to search for Minerva.

Avenir succeeds defeating Super Ma'am but while fighting, Super Ma'am accidentally throws her weapon. Two guys found it and sod it online Greta saw the video and immediately get Super Maam's weapon.

Isko Dagohoy successfully get back Super Ma'am weapon, meanwhile her father Chaplin still coping for his recovery in the hospital. Avenir was planning to use Trevor to find Super Ma'am.

Michelle was about to discover something inside the crack. Meanwhile Esteban and Ace found out that there is a possible that Minerva is Super Ma'am, because Ace found the Manungal Jar at Minerva's home and Esteban found Super Ma'am's weapon inside Minerva's bag.

Minerva find out that Esteban is a Tamawo. Esteban bring Minerva to the village of the good Tamawo.

Super Ma'am found the new Sakras at Metropolitan University. unfortunately Avenir and the group of Tamawo was also there searching for Sakras.

After the fight between Super Ma'am and Avenir, Greta are planning something after she gets the Sakras to Avenir.

Dalikmata saw that there will be a strong force to come to fight Super Ma'am she warned Marian about it. Police officer guarding a area, suddenly a new Tamawo warrior appeared.

A new Tamawo warrior named Nuno and Baracka attacks the city, Super Ma'am meets Isagani Dagohoy brother of Isko Dagohoy.

Super Ma'am fights Nanu and Baracka. Meanwhile, Super Ma'am stops Isagani/Guererro for attacking the village of Good Tamawo.

The Tamawo from Visayas attacks the Metropolitan University to find Esteban; Greta asks the Tamawo from Visayas to find the Tamawo who helped Super Ma'am; also a Gerero/Male Tagachu goes to the city to avenge his parents.

Nanu and Baracka attack the village of good Tamawo. Super Ma'am and Guerrero struggle to save them because of the hybrid strength of Nanu and Baracka.

Super Ma'am and Guerrero fail to defeat Nanu and Baracka and The Good Tamawo need to evacuate the village.

Baraka brings Jerald to Jackie for torture. Nanu gets a good beating from Guerrero while Greta sets a duel between Super Ma'am and Baraka.

Dalikmata helps Ace to find the third Sakras. Completing all the Sakras will aid Super Ma'am in putting Baracka to death.

Super Ma'am finally terminates Baracka to save Esteban. Dalikmata suffers the consequence of helping Super Ma'am. Meanwhile, a new enemy comes to pester the pregnant women.

With Jessica's secret about her pregnancy, her life gets endangered as the Manananggals start to attack their target. Minerva already feels the pressure for her students to pass the exam and the rise of the new villains. Michelle and her friends continue to investigate Minerva and Super Ma'am's identity.

Super Ma'am saves Jessica, Isay and her aunt from the manananggal. Michelle and her friends continue to look for evidence that will confirm that Minerva and Super Ma'am are one and the same while Super Ma'am is occupied by another attack of the manananggals.

Greta and Rafa continue to look for the other sakras while Michelle and her friends get transported inside the cave upon following the pieces of jar that glowed right after the meteor shower. Super Ma'am is faced with another mananaggal attack. Investigation on her true identity gets more probing.

Avenir starts to gain more power after the ritual. Kristy and friends discover more of their power. Minerva is reminded of her sister's death through a dream. The manananggals are in the verge of discovering Super Ma'am's true identity.

Chaplin commits helping to search for the manananggal after doubting Avenir. Jill confirms her suspicion when Wendy witnessed Super Ma'am transforming into Minerva. They start to follow and attack Minerva.

Upon knowing Super Ma'am's true identity, the manananggals attack Minerva. Teban and Ace come to her aid. Dina and Ralph discover their power as the group plans in helping Super Ma'am defeat the manananggal.

As the manananggals plan their attack, Chaplin and his family prepare for defense. Minerva suspects Jill's identity and decides to spy on her. Onin and friends discover their power only works when they are together.

Jack and Jill take Al and Althea for revenge. Minerva with Teban discover evidence of Jill's true identity. Meanwhile, the Super Teens are ready to start their mission. Jackie Lou receives an update from the police officers on where Avenir is.

Jill attacks the Super Teens who are on the way to help Super Ma'am escape. Super Ma'am seeks Katitay to pass through the amulet.

Super Ma'am defeats the manananggal until she learns about how Jill passes the curse to Katitay. She now faces the dilemma of finding the one who can come with her to the other world where the cure from the manunggal leaves are.

Jake and Minerva need to cross into the other world to find a cure for Katitay. Jake introduces her to his grandmother. Katitay starts transforming into a manananggal, worrying Teban.

The curse transforms Katitay into a manananggal and attacks the town. Teban, Ace and Dalikmata try to stop her while Eric follows them secretly. Minerva and Jake find a kid that pretends to be Mabelle to get Minerva's trust, but turns out to be an enchanted creature.

With the creature's ability to appear as Mabelle, Minerva trusts she will help them find the manunggal tree despite Jake's suspicion. They continue to follow Mabelle, until she transforms into who she really is and disappeared with Jake.

Minerva breaks the curse by using her human side - her heart and the memories of her loved ones. They find their way to the manunggal tree and extract the juices from its leaves as cure for Katitay.

Super Ma'am arrives on time to give Althea her cure. Jake goes back to the portal to ensure no other elements will pass through.

Jake realizes he failed to close the portal upon seeing a family being attacked by a Tiyanak. The Super Teens come to the rescue.

MInerva and Jake struggle to look for the Tiyanak because of its ability to pretend and trick people by its appearance.

Bixby discovers the true identity of the Super Teens and asks to allow him to join the team in searching for the Tiyanak.

Jessica finally believes what harm the Tiyanak can bring when it attacks. Greta and her troops attack the police station where Chief Diaz and Al are. They bring Chief Diaz with them and Chaplin is left in hiding while he waits for Super Ma'am to appear.

To get information about Avenir's location, Greta with her troops attack the police station where Chief Diaz and Chaplin are. They take Chief Diaz with them and interrogates her about Avenir.

Greta uses the other sakras enabling her to change and copy other people's identity and pretends to be Raquel to get on the location of other sakras. Minerva starts to miss her mother's presence when she sees the daughter of Chief Diaz mourning for her mother's death.

Greta continues to search for reasons on how Super Ma'am is connected to Raquel which identity she uses as cover up. She learns about her family and goes to their house finding Helen which recognizes her as her daughter.

With Greta using Raquel's identity and ability to remember things, Minerva and her grandmother start to doubt her and invite Jake to come over. Jake tries to use his power on 'Raquel' to confirm her identity. Ace and the Super Teens plan a move to hinder Rafa's agenda to get the sakras.

To finally confirm Super Ma'am's identity, Greta asks Rafa to let their guards attack Minerva's house where she pretends to be her mother. Meanwhile, the Super Teens are having a hard time to fight Rafa and the others with them using guns as their weapon.

Greta continues her disguise as Raquel but finds it hard to convince Lolita that causes conflict to Minerva's family. With her doubt with Raquel, Lolita's life is in danger of Greta.

Dalikmata discovers Greta's disguise as Raquel. Lolita also figures this out upon seeing the other sakras inside her closet. With this, Greta uses Lolita and Dalikmata as hostages to get the whip and sakras from Super Ma'am.

To please Arjay and the council of the Tamawo, Greta invites them to watch their fight inside an abandoned place. With all the sakras in her hands, she manages to hit Super Ma'am. Teban and Ace carry Super Ma'am's body away from Greta.

With Minerva losing her whip and the sakras, she becomes weak and incapable of fighting back. Super Teens, Teban and Ace run after Rafa and her troops to get the other sakras in order to help Super Ma'am get back on track.

Minerva decides to continue her responsibility as a Tagachu and fight Greta as she learns about the attack of the tamawo. Upon losing the chance to get the sakras/necklace in the church, the Super Teens decide to give all their rings/sakras to Minerva.

Minerva discovers the power of the rings/sakras, shielding her from Greta's attack.

After Greta's failure on killing Super Ma'am, Arjay took takes a chance in killing Super Ma'am.

Super Ma'am gets bitten by a tamawo. An antidote must be discovered to prevent her from dying.

Esteban and Ace together with Dolly search the forest for the magical tablet to save Super Ma'am's life.

Finding the magical tablet is daving Super Ma'am's life but a great deal of consequence awaits. Arjay secretly goes to the hospital as he does something resulting to Minerva's skin turning black.

When Dolly reads the spell from the magical tablet to bring back Super Ma'am's life, dead people rose from the grave. A swarm of zombies start spreading all over town.

Doctor Lazaro says that a supernatural medicine can cure Minerva. Jake and Esteban take the journey to the magical water that might can help Minerva to recover.

Zombies start attacking people. Jake and Esteben successfully got the magical water. Will it work with Minerva?

A Black Super Ma'am is created from Arjay's blood. Zombie attacks continue in town.

Minerva is still recovering inside the cocoon. Super Teens take charge of fighting the Black Super Ma'am.

Jake and Esteben used the magical tablet in cating out the spell to bring back the zombies to the grave. Arjay is obsessed in using Black Super Ma'am as part of his evil plan.

Minerva finally comes out from her cocoon and tries to recover her abilities. Upon knowing about Black Super Ma'am and what she did with Lovely and the Super Teens, she decides to come out for an interview as Super Ma'am. She challenges Black Super Ma'am to fight.

Black Super Ma'am accepts Super Ma'am's challenge but she must recover her abilities in order to fight back.

Super Ma'am succeeds in defeating Black Super Ma'am, with the help of the Super Teens and her friends. Arjay tries to escape, asking help from Greta.

While on vacation, Minerva and Bixby discover Avenir stuck in a deep hole. Katitay who is fond of mermaids meets Pearly which turns out to be a real one. She convinces Teban to let her stay with them as Pearly finds her true love.

With Avenir's claim of her being Mabelle, Minerva and her family decide to let her take the DNA test. Meanwhile, Katitay has been enjoying the company of Pearly and helps her to find her true love, but another creature from underwater arises that brings danger to the people, the Ugkoy.

The Ugkoy starts its attack. The Super Teens Lovely, and Super Ma'am help in protecting the people in the amusement park. Meanwhile, Avenir is now set to take the DNA test.

Pearly thinks of a solution to stop the Ugkoy by getting the blue pearl. With Lovely and the villagers stopping Pearly to leave and wanting to kill her, Katitay explains to them what Pearly can do to help.

Pearly successfully gets the blue pearl which Super Ma'am uses to please the Ugkoy also with the promise of disposing garbage propoerly and taking care of nature. Thanks to Greta, Super Ma'am faces another villain, the human snakes. Meanwhile, Lolita is about to leave the house when Chaplin receives a phone call about the DNA test of Avenir.

Upon knowing the DNA test result, Minerva and her family celebrate as they welcome Avenir/Mabelle back in their lives. However, Minerva feels uneasy when Avenir starts asking about her identity and about the sakras. Pearly is on her way back to the water, when the man she's been looking for arrives.

The attack on the village by the snake sisters ensues as Greta plots to kill the queen of the tribe. What could be Super Ma'am's plan to stop this?

Jake and Super Ma'am fight the snake sisters Phytona and Serpentina. Jake faces a tough decision between saving his or Super Ma'am's life. Time for the Super Teens to help and rescue.

Mabelle and Super Ma'am fight against the Tamawo and the snake sisters.

Greta and Avenir fooled Super Ma'am that they already died. And with that, Avenir used her power to get the Sakras.

After Greta brought him back to life, Agalon acquires the power of Avenir. Meanwhile, the Tamawos started attacking the people, and eventually, making them slaves under Agalon.

After a grueling battle, Super Ma'am finally defeats all the Tamawo with the help of Isidro. Peace is finally restored in the town.
