Stath is delighted when his dad gives him a garden flat in a desirable area to show, but the viewing doesn't go well.

After Stath accidentally burns down a property, he falls out with his exasperated dad. But will he fit in at the slick agency next door where's he landed a job?

Stath takes desperate measures to get on the annual inter-agency football tournament when he finds out he's been dropped from the team.

After a night of drunken passion with former rival Carole, Stath is infatuated, but will his feelings be reciprocated? And it's college results day for Sophie.

In the season finale, who will Vasos hand the business over to: Stath or Carole?
