The Federation, Romulans, and Klingons find themselves fighting a new threat, the Archeins. Without options, their combined efforts result in a daring plan to infiltrate their home world in the Andromeda galaxy.

After running low on vital resources, Ro must decide whether to risk the lives of his crew in order to obtain more fuel for Odyssey's long journey home

Ro, Stadi, and T'Lorra leave the Odyssey to investigate the source of a Starfleet distress signal. What they uncover thrusts them into a situation much larger than they could have ever anticipated.

Odyssey's alliance with the Kelvans is tested when Ro is taken prisoner by one of Kelvan's most revered heroes. As acting captain, T'Lorra must pick sides between the Kelvans and the rest of the crew.

In hopes of making a new ally, the crew meets with the Alosians. However, these people are not as they seem to be, leading the Odyssey in its most dangerous position yet.
