On a summer afternoon, police arrive at the scene of a traffic accident in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Bianca Roberson, 18, sits dead at the wheel of her car. An autopsy reveals a sinister crime, but hopefully, CCTV footage will find Bianca's killer.

In May of 2013, 36-year-old Army veteran Maribel Ramos disappears from her Orange, California, apartment without a trace. Suspecting foul play, investigators devise a unique surveillance strategy to track her down and uncover some disturbing evidence.
