A premature baby is immediately put on a respirator until he can be evaluated. Sang Shik must deliver bad news about the baby's heath as its parents continue to worry.

Hye Young and Sang Shik share a kiss in the elevator but another doctor sees the moment. Jae Sook gets drunk and must be taken home after his behavior causes problems.

Hye Young and Sang Shik deal with gossip about the status of their relationship. A patient thanks Hye Young for all that she did to help her with a difficult recovery.
