Toma, a young man from Izu goes to Tokyo to try to get into a great college. He then meets Urara Kasuga, who he finds out that she is his cousin. She has fallen in love with him when he spent time with her six years earlier. He also meets a big breasted woman named Mieko Yotsuba, who is also trying to get into Keio University.

Meiko passes her entrance college exams but unfortunately Touma gets rejected. He lies to Mieko about it and tells her that he got accepted. Touma then goes back to Izu where he then decides to go back to Tokyo so he can take university admissions courses. He then finds Urara at his apartment wearing only an apron.

After Toma applies to preparatory school, he goes to Keio so he can meet Mieko and tell her that he actually did not get admitted into the college like he said he did. The two go tho the cherry tree and he tries to confess to her that he lied to her but she misunderstands him.

Toma decides to spend an evening at a Japanese bar with Mieko and some other Keio students. Toma and Mieko go to a love hotel and Toma is horny as he might have the opportunity to lose his virginity.

Urara and Toma go shopping for dinner and Toma puts a box of condoms in the shopping basket to which Urara sees. They then go back to the apartment and take off their clothes but then Toma gets a call from Komi. Toma then thinks Urara is not an easy girl.

Toma realizes that he made a huge mistake and Urara doesn't want to hear from him. He leaves the house and doesn't respond to her when she tries to make peace with him. Komi sees Urara is sad and she explains her story to Komi.

Urra is still angry with Toma, but promises to forgive him if he will see the sunset on the Ferris wheel and stop thinking about Mieko Yotsuba.

Urara tells Toma that her secret was saved because she loves him and they make an appointment to meet at the ferris wheel.

Toma returns home and sees that Urara is not there and goes back to the carnival and finds her waiting for him.

Toma gets a bad test score and Urara tries to seduce him.

Toma decides to leave Kasuga which brings Urara to sadness.
