As the documentary returns for a second series, Richard faces the harsh reality that the workshop isn't yet making any money. But a fast turnaround paint job on a Land Rover provides some financial respite.

The pressure is on when Richard decides to compete at the show held at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham in an attempt to bring in new clients. Anthony's unusual repair job has him sourcing spare parts from Sri Lanka.

Neil promises to help a friend with his 1930s Morris 8, but it is a financial hit for Cog. Plus, Richard admits to Kamla that the work on the MGB will cost more than originally expected.

Richard takes the Cogs go-karting to find a driver for the classic car racing team. Then, The Smallest Cog MBG GT race car makes its debut at the Prescott Hill Climb.

Richard faces a gun-toting client, who is anxious for work to start on his vintage Bentley. And, poor planning threatens The Smallest Cog's chance at a car show.

Richard has come up with a cunning plan to create a show car to generate business for The Smallest Cog. Plus, accountant Kamla gives Richard a harsh reality check.

Richard's team work overtime to complete their first big restoration job - a 1950s Alvis. Plus, they are under pressure to get their racing MGB ready for competition.

Richard must come up with a plan to raise emergency funds. Plus, the team enter their first race at Donnington Park - but engine problems threaten to derail the whole project.

In the penultimate edition of the 2nd series, Richard's business goes global after a call from an international car collector in Singapore. Richard also helps his best friend Les to fulfill a childhood dream.

The second series concludes with Richard and the team trying to win one of their biggest ever restorations - a rare 1950s Porsche 365. Plus, the team head to Silverstone in search of racing glory.
