A high school boy Daisuke was saved by a mysterious woman Milo when he was kidnapped in his childhood. Now, he tries to save someone according to her advice, but he always spins his wheels because he just wants to earn praise. One day, Shibuya district including his school is transferred through time into the future over 300 years after.

Daisuke meets Milo again, but she doesn't know him. She tells him that the future world is in ruins due to a pandemic in the past, and she is an agent in AHRV, which protects survivors from Revisions in the future. Daisuke tries to fight terrible creatures with a future powered exoskeleton in spite of his friends' oppositions.

The chief of Shibuya police station Kuroiwa organizes a unit Shibuya-Defense-Service that centers Daisuke and his friends with future powered exoskeletons. But the chief of Shibuya Ward, Muta has an unfavorable opinion.

Muta negotiates with Revisions secretly, then Revisions gives him a list of some people who can go home with the help of Revisions. Kuroiwa and Gai think it's a trap.

SDS became heros in Shibuya. Daisuke gets conceited more and more, his attitude disgusts those around him. Kuroiwa appoints Gai as the leader of SDS.

When SDS learn what Civilians are, it makes them upset. Then, Daisuke's uncle flees from Revisions to Shibuya. Daisuke gets a information about the hostages from him, and he goes to search for them with Keisaku.

Daisuke is in a prison because he involved the residents in the fight against Gespenst. Revisions advances their plan.

SDS, Kanae and Milo starts an operation under Kuroiwa. They have to blow up an artificial quantum brain that Revisions have, and bring the hostages to Shibuya at the almost same time to go back to the past.

Some people release Muta from a prison, and rise in revolt against Kuroiwa. Daisuke finally decides to strive against his fate. Nicholas picks up a mysterious crystal where Keisaku was gone. Mukyu sets about the revenge.

Mukyu notified people in Shibuya that the Civilians will capture them indiscriminately. SDS almost despaired because String Puppets have a few remaining energy. And, Milo has to go back soon to 2010.

Daisuke has an idea about the identity of Gespenst. SDS get a terrible shock to hear the message about the AHRV's plan that Milo left. People in Shibuya cooperate to launch String Puppets again.

Shibuya go back to 2017 because Nicholas destroyed an artificial quantum brain. He can use Keisaku's body and ability, so he tries to change the history. Daisuke goes back to 2010, and meets Milo again.
