Even amidst the fear everyone wants to know the identity of the old woman sighted by Ragini, Aaliya and Zoya. Ragini confronts Principal Kapoor regarding what conspired in room no 13 of MMS college in 1996. Prof. Bharti tells Ragini that there is a reason Ragini keeps seeing the spirits. What happens when Ragini follows the spirit into the woods?

Sundari Devi sucks Ragini under the ground. Everyone frantically search for Ragini all over the campus. She is pulled from down under in a dying state. A skeleton also surfaces from the same spot, presumably of Sundari Devi. All are relieved after performing last rites of Sundari Devi which her son never performed. Bharti finds it curious.

Love is in the air. Everyone unwinds with dance, music and lots of love. Passions are high as Ragini and Rahul unite. So do Zoya and Vicky, making Sonia jealous. But several questions remain unanswered. Prof. Bharti is about to leave town but a phone call forces her to change her decision. Sundari Devi is onto her next victim. Time is running out.

Ragini follows Principal Kapoor to the college store room where he is hiding something. She tries confronting him once again. Prof. Bharti tells Ragini's mom to recall her own past in the college. Clearly the solution lies in the past. Sundari Devi was not the only one to disappear.

In times of crisis everyone sticks together. So, they all visit Anshuman's abandoned house where Kavita finds old photos from her college days. Amit's ghost frightens Kavita and Zoya who run away but Ragini and Bharti are trapped who search for clues at the house. Meanwhile Principal Kapoor tries to save Rahul who wants to kill himself.

The spirits communicate the dark truth through Ragini. She learns everything about the fateful night when Sundri Devi was killed and why Anshuman went missing 20 years ago. But Ragini and others will also come face to face with the 'old woman' ghost. What will Ragini do to lift the curse, and find out who made the MMS?
