Ken Whiting explores one of Canada's most historically significant and beautiful wilderness rivers by kayak and mothership.

Ken continues his adventure paddling the Rideau Canal and is joined by his wife Nicole and 8 year old daughter, Chelsea.

Ken paddles the whitewater of the Ottawa River with the 'next generation' of whitewater paddlers: his 9 year old daughter, Chelsea, and her two girl friends.

Ken explores Baie Fine, a freshwater fjord, about 18 miles from the village of Killarney, Ontario. Ken sea kayaks to a perched lake that is rumored to have the most beautiful, clear and refreshing water in the world.

Whitewater kayak champion Ken Whiting visits Canada's premier paddling school, Madawaska Kanu Centre, and trades his kayak for a whitewater canoe. Although not new to canoeing, this is Ken's first time in an solo whitewater canoe.

Ken continues his crash course on solo whitewater canoeing down the Lower Madawaska River, and is determined to successfully roll his open whitewater canoe.

Ken explores Big Creek in Southern Ontario, aka "The Canadian Amazon" . With lots of twists and turns and fallen trees, this adventure proves that flatwater kayaking can be as interesting as whitewater kayaking.

Ken goes kayak fishing in Long Point Bay in Lake Erie.

Ken finally makes it down to Bon Echo Provincial Park, where he explores Lake Mazinaw by sea kayak and views a small portion of the hundreds of Indigenous pictographs drawn on the dramatic rock walls.

Ken paddles the crystal clear waters of 1000 Islands in Lake Ontario.
