Profound hearing loss has made it progressively difficult for Norman to function in the world. Hearing aids were ineffective and he was told there was nothing that could be done. Norman began to withdraw from society until he crossed paths with Dr. Ronen Nazarian. Norman's life is forever changed as Dr. Nazarian restores his hearing by surgically implanting a tiny computer in Norman's ear called a cochlear implant.

Anthony Evans, a professional singer, faces the most difficult decision of his life. Repeated vocal hemorrhages threaten his career, and Dr. Reena Gupta advises him to proceed with a laser vocal cord procedure to try and save his voice.

His flow of saliva was being blocked by a salivary stone and causing him significant amount of pain. Dr. Ryan Osborne, with the help of The Osborne Head and Neck Foundation, provides Ron with the surgery he so desperately needed.

Françoise, a children's teacher from London, has been suffering for over 20 years with a large growth on the side of her face. Francoise travels to Serbia to have surgery with Dr. Ryan Osborne. Working in an unfamiliar setting, Dr. Osborne and his team must a way to safely remove her parotid tumor.

The OHNI team and their family travels to Cajamarca, Peru to provide free ENT medical and surgical care. The team must work together to overcome challenges as they battle the clock in order to renovate a children's orphanage and take care of the people in need.
