After the death of Foma, criminal chaos begins on Nevskiy. The new head of the Central District Ministry of Internal Affairs, Markin, is returning to the service Mikhaylov as the head of the police department. In turn, Mikhaylov recommends Lyubimov to return to the management Pasha Semyonov. Pavel talks about this proposal to Semenchuk, who advises him returning to the police.

The crime boss nicknamed Batya wants to take Foma's place on Nevskiy. To do this, he abducts Semyonov, because he is sure - he knows where the gangster common fund, entrusted to the storage of Foma, has gone. Semyonov frees SOBR, but Batya threatens to destroy him and his family. Semenchuk offers Semyonov to get rid of Batya, but Semyonov decides to do it himself and almost dies.

Semyonov returns to the police for the post of chief of the Criminal Investigation and immediately reveals a series of apartment thefts. Somov is dissatisfied - he himself claimed this position and now sees a competitor in Semyonov. Tuchkov, who was appointed head of the CSS department, is also against the appointment of Semyonov. He believes that Pasha with his criminal past has nothing to do in the police. But Lyubimov is on the side of Semyonov.

Semyonov and Mikhaylov are faced with the redistribution of criminal property on Nevskiy after the death of Foma. The conflict between the owner of the underground casino Samvel and the head of the Private Security Company Officer leads to the death of two guards. Semyonov initiates a criminal showdown between Samvel and the Officer, as a result of which both die. Semyonov assures Mikhaylov that he had nothing to do with it.

The athlete Kirill Zaytsev participates in clandestine fights without rules in order to improve the financial situation of the family. Semyonov is looking for him with detectives, but Zaytsev is not going to give up - he will soon have a decisive battle, and at stake is a huge win. Semyonov manages to detain Zaytsev, but he is wounded in the leg and cannot fight. Semyonov decides to fight instead of him.

The son of a banker Maltsev hit a woman with children in a jeep and fled from the scene of an accident. His father, with the help of lawyer Samokhin, is trying to oust his son from prison. Unknown kills the lawyer and threatens the banker, his son and judge Mayevskaya, who released the guy to freedom. Semyonov suspects that this is an Architect, because the killer left the letter "A" at the scene of the crime, and needs an explanation from Semenchuk.

Semyonov is removed from service for using weapons during an attack on him by bandits, and sent to a psychologist Katya Savitskaya. She supports the decision of the authority. Shubin learns that the gangster Leshiy is planning a showdown with his partner, and in order to prevent a crime, he asks Syrkov to organize monitoring of Leshiy. By chance, his photo hits Tuchkov, who warns Pasha: if the police find out what he is doing, he will be fired immediately. Markin demands from Mikhaylov that he figured out how to return Semyonov to the service. Zakharov attacks Zavyalova, whom he had been in love with for a long time, she manages to escape, seriously injuring him.

The media reported on the impudent murder of Evgeniy Beloryabov, one of the associates of the deceased Foma. It soon becomes clear that Semyonov acted as a killer, and thanks to his participation, he managed to detain the customer of the murder - a competitor of Beloyarov, who claimed to be part of the estate of Foma. Yulia becomes one of the three main heirs to the state of Foma.

At the request of a friend prostitute, Semyonov attaches to the good salon the nineteen-year-old Olya Tkachenko, who had recently arrived in St. Petersburg. Shakhtin threatens Yulia and demands to transfer the inheritance of Foma to him. Yulia understands that she needs protection, but all the private security companies refuse to work with her. Semyonov and Mikhaylov are searching for Zhenya, son of Lyubimov. But it's not possible to find a guy anywhere. Semyonov is engaged in the case of the abduction of wife. The applicant, Sergey, helps him to follow Zhenya's trail. Zavyalova accidentally hit a homeless person, they are going to start a criminal case against her. Mikhaylov manages to solve the problem, but Zavyalova needs to write a letter of resignation. On the embankment they find a corpse, Lyubimov goes for identification.

Tarkhanov, director of the company selling phones owned by Yulia, asks her to help quickly ship goods through customs. When Semyonov finds out that Tarkhanov is acting on the orders of Shakhtyor, he reports this to familiar police officers. It turns out that Tarhanov's phones contain drugs. Shakhtyor and Tarkhanov decided to set up Yulia.

Semyonov cannot forgive Semenchuk the death of Special Police Forces fighters, whom Ladygin killed during his arrest. Semenchuk transfers to each family of the deceased three million rubles. Mikhaylov is investigating the murder of a woman and the robbery of her apartment by drug addicts, one of whom introduced himself as a local policeman.

Returning from abroad, Gartman, a former financial adviser to Foma, blackmails Yulia, demanding from her half of Fomin's inheritance. Shubin after leaving the police with difficulty finds a job as a security guard in a nightclub. Seeing there two criminals who have long been wanted by the regional police, he detains them.

Beloryabov is going with his pregnant wife to leave the country to avoid the upcoming criminal redistribution. Svyatskiy is appointed to the place of Shubin. General Syrkov instructs him to take control of the business of a successful entrepreneur Vinogradov, a friend of Mikhaylov. In one of the city's cafes, a drug addict shoots visitors from a machine gun, and Beloryabov is also seriously wounded. The investigation believes that it was he who was the target of the criminals.

Vera Lyubimova does not lose hope of finding a son and promises to pay five million rubles to anyone who will help her. The former accomplice of Foma named Repa responds to the announcement. He turns to Semyonov and says that Zhenya was killed by auto-spacers.

Yulia, becoming the director of the board of one of the banks where Shakhtyor stores his funds, blocks his accounts. Shakhtyor abducts Semyonov to blackmail Yulia. Sharovarov advises Yulia to resolve the issue with Shakhtyor. During the detention of a dangerous criminal, Somov damages the expensive car of lawyer Galperin. He in revenge initiates a criminal case against Somov for the murder of Palenko.

Shubin, at the request of Lyubimov, investigates the disappearance of his son and goes to a car repairman Gnus, a former convict who is on the federal wanted list. After leaving prison, the recidivist Burlak searches for Sharovar, who threw him nine years ago. The life of Sharovar and Yulia is saved by Ezhov, but he himself is seriously injured.

Semyonov learns that Ezhov needs an expensive operation in Germany. He asks for money from Yulia, but she refuses Pasha - she has the problem. Three masked criminals rob a black cash company. The director of the company Arkharov asks Markin for a certain percentage to help find the money.

The Musician begins to kill FSB officers who worked in the Architect's case and leaves the letter "A" at the scene of the killings. Pasha accuses Semenchuk of working with Ladygin. Semenchuk instructs Ladygin to find a copycat killer. The informant of Shubin, whom he asked to find out about Zhenya Lyubimov, is killed.

Semenchuk receives an order to liquidate the Moscow businessman Andrey Cherdanov, engaged in the illegal supply of weapons and drugs. Semenchuk refuses to carry it out, and then Cherdanov and his bodyguards, including the chief of security Novikov, are killed by Ladygin, leaving the mark "A" on the wall.

Semyonov tells about everything to Semenchuk. Beloryabov's wife asks her husband to pick her up from prison, she will soon give birth. Beloryabov arranges for an escape. They are hiding in an apartment, the keys to which has Semyonov. Pasha finds the spouses, but Beloryabov persuades him to let them go.

Semenchuk is found on the street unconscious and sent to the hospital. It turns out that the driver managed to leave the car before the explosion. Semyonov wants to inform Semenchuk about this, but cannot find him. Ladygin says that he is in the hospital under the protection of the FSB. Mikhaylov sees Semenchuk on the surveillance cameras from the scene of the car explosion, consults with Pasha, but he offers to hide the information for now.

To kill Ladygin, Semenchuk advises Pasha to take a vacation. Mikhaylov agrees to sign it if Semyonov finds a criminal who knocks down people at pedestrian crossings. Vera and Lyubimov go to the place where their son's body was discovered, where the criminals say that they sold his car to someone in Tver. But Zhenya's car has long been found and is in the parking lot.

The Musician kidnaps the son of Semyonov and demands that he kill Semenchuk, otherwise his son will die. Mikhaylov and Kundryakov at this time were investigating a series of abductions and murders of teenagers, they are sure that these bandits abducted Sasha. The head of the Architects group orders Ladygin to eliminate Semyonov and Semenchuk.

Mikhaylov is trying to find out from Semyonov how he managed to save his son, but Pasha assures that they simply quarreled, and Sasha did not come home. But Mikhaylov does not believe. Yulia tells Semyonov that the independent auditor to whom she ordered the verification of documents has been killed. She asks Pasha for help.

Markin offers Yulia to transfer all the money to the state, otherwise she will spend ten years in prison. She agrees and signs all the necessary documents. Sharovar requires Semyonov to come to the police and tell how he set up Yulia. But Sharovar convinces Pasha that he himself is in danger, and Arsenyev and Syrkov came up with a provocation against Yulia.

In a restaurant in St. Petersburg, the son of a businessman Sarychev shoots all visitors and waiters. During the detention, he shouts to the police that he will not be punished for it. Indeed, the next day he was released from jail under house arrest. Semyonov meets with Semenchuk and says that he is ready to punish the criminal. Yulia says goodbye to Semyonov and leaves for her son to England.
