Avni's parents think of Prateek as the perfect match for Avni. At a party, Prateek meets Ranbir and introduces him to Avni. Later, Utkarsh spikes Avni's drink, resulting in her losing control. Thus, infuriated Prateek gets into a fight with Utkarsh.

Avni, Prateek, Sarthak, Rose and Ranbir's drunken escapades bring them to the same hospital with which they are supposed to start their medical career.

Avni, Prateek, Sarthak, Rose and Ranbir attend their first class with Professor Vivaan who decides to make it memorable for them by making them collect samples of urine and stool from patients and also orders them to clean the washrooms.

While the entire class was frivolously cleaning the washroom, Vivaan enters and scolds them for not being serious. Avni gets expelled for not attending classes regularly. At the end Pratheek manages to bring Avni back to class by convincing Meghna.

Vivaan orders the students to spend a day in the morgue. Avni tries to save a nurse's job by secretly replacing her in the operation theatre but when Vivaan finds out her identity, he becomes shocked to see her resemblance to Dhara.

Vivaan feels distressed because of Avni's facial resemblance with Dhara. Avni and her friends apologize to Vivaan for their mistakes and Vivaan gives them the task of babysitting in the nursery.

The class despite several mistakes does a good work in the nursery. Vivaan tells the class to pick a team leader among them. He later angrily orders Avni to work in the mortuary, she gets scared to see a child in front of her in the mortuary.

Avni rescues the haunted child from the mortuary and admits him in the hospital. However, Vivaan gets distressed and locks up Avni in the mortuary unaware of the extreme cold temperature.

The fiendish child returns to the hospital and threatens to snatch Vivaan's loved ones from him, causing Vivaan to fear for their safety.

Vivaan rescues Avni on time and tries to convince the child to use his powers in a positive manner by empathising with him. Later, the students experience their first delivery operation and Ranbir performs well and makes the doctor proud.

Vivaan throws the flowers given by Avni but Avni walks in at that time and apologizes to him. Later, both Avni and Vivaan feel bad about Vivaan's behavior towards her. During the night shift, the interns encounter an evil spirit in the hospital.

Yamini calls the nurse when she sees Sarthak hit his head as he hastily makes his way down the stairs. Vivaan uses his powers to look into Mary's past and asks her not to hurt innocent people. Later, Avni informs Vivaan about Sarthak's coma.

Vivaan finds evidence related to the deaths. Later, in the graveyard, Rose, Ranbir, Prateek and Seher try to find bloody Mary. Vivaan also attempts to save the haunted hospital but is shocked to know that Avni saved Sarthak.

Vivaan tries to dodge Avni but incidentally gets stuck in an elevator with her. Meanwhile, Ramesh despises Vivaan for the appreciation he receives and uses a formula to prove himself otherwise to the people in the hospital.

With the zombie outbreak spiralling out of control, Vivaan is running out of time in his quest to invent the antidote. Despite his scepticism, Vivaan eventually realises that the only person who can help him is Avni.

Vivaan is insecure as he anticipates the effects of the virus. Later, Ranbir finds his bike set on fire in the parking lot and vows to get back at whoever committed this atrocity.

Rose invites her friends over for a costume party. The clown gets entry to the party and plans on trapping Ranbir with his spell. Meanwhile, Vivaan watches the crime videos and figures out that Ranbir is in danger.

A mysterious clown hypnotises Ranbir, tortures him and attempts to kill him. Vivaan rescues Ranbir at the last ditch and kills the psycho clown. Meanwhile, Avni is drooling over Vivaan and confesses to Rose about her growing affection towards him.

Avni and Rose discuss about Vivaan's interest towards her. Meanwhile, Vivaan realizes that there is no future with Avni. Later, Vivaan gets irritated and shouts at Avni ordering her to stay away from him which breaks Avni's heart.

Vivaan and Anvi's argument leads her to believe that she was wrong about him. Seher lies to Sam when he asks her where she is. Vivaan later bumps into Sarthak and suspects his odd behaviour.

Sarthak pursues after Yamini to steal the file which contains details about the injection. Meanwhile, Ranbir tries to hide Seher from his friends. Sarthak succeeds in getting the file through the pizza delivery boy and discovers Vivaan's secrets.

Rose gives Avni ideas that force her to believe that she is in love with Vivaan. Meanwhile, Vivaan hears that the file has been misplaced. He later gives Yamini an antidote asking her to inject it into Sarthak's bloodstream.

Sameer is shocked to know that Seher works in the hospital and is Ranbir's ex-girlfriend. Later, the interns plan a party in the hospital and Rose contemplates inviting Sameer to the party.

In order to rehabilitate Sarthak, Yamini gives him drugs to help him stabilize. When She calls Vivaan, Sarthak secretly overhears the conversation and gets to know about the antidote.

Everyone plans on throwing a New Year party but Avni is not interested. Meanwhile, Yamini tells Avni about her love for Sarthak. Later, Sarthak injects himself to get the powers of a vampire.

Joe and Avni bond over the New Year party. Sarthak needs the fourth file and abducts Sarthak. Vivaan goes back in the coffin while Seher's brother attacks Ranbir.

Rose is miffed at Samir for attacking Ranbir. Avni and Rose plan to settle the differences between Samir and Ranbir. Seher and Ranbir's secret meeting is intercepted by Seher's family. Later, Samir saves Ranbir from getting killed by his father.

Seher's father disowns her when he comes to know about her affair with Ranveer. Sarthak is suspicious anout Jo's activities. Avani tells Jo about her feelings for Vivaan.

Yamini gets upset when Sarthak tears her dress while hugging him and, she runs away from him annoyed by his behavior. Later, Sarthak murders Pratik's father when he refuses to handover the vials to him.

Avni sneaks in Dr. Vivaan's office and finds the coffin. Vivaan tells Avni that he is a vampire when she awakens him. Vivaan gets to know that Avni is a pure blood. Jo tells Vivaan about Prateek's kidnapping by a creature with claws.

Vivaan finds out about Sarthak's violent behavior from Yamini. Later, Meghna in Jo's disguise takes the vials from Vivaan and gives it to Sarthak which makes Sarthak very happy as the vials will make him invincible and help him destroy Vivaan.

Avni sees her past and realizes that she and Vivaan were lovers in her previous life. Vivaan urges Sarthak to use the antidote but Sarthak doesn't listen to him. Meghna urges Sarthak to get Avni's blood in order to get more powerful than Vivaan.

Vivaan traces that Avni is abducted by Sarthak and Meghna in order to kill her and use her holy blood. Vivaan drinks Avni's holy blood which turns him into an invincible vampire and thus he kills equivalent vampire Sarthak and the sorcerer Meghna.
