Sgt. Night publicly criticizes Dr. Light's views on human and robot unity during a school assembly, invoking the ire of Fire Man and forcing Silicon City's newly minted hero, Mega Man, to intervene.

Mega Man stops Fire Man by replicating his powers and fighting fire with fire. Unfortunately, Mega Man also learns that he can replicate a robot's mental state as well, and must get his own anger under control to win.

At school, Aki struggles with the side effects of his newly replicated Drill Man schematics; later, as Mega Man, he learns to control his fire powers in thwarting Drill Man's assault on Skyraisers Inc.

Mega Man must stop Hypno Woman from turning the students and teachers at Silicon Central into her mindless drones.

A misunderstanding between Mega Man and Rush ends in the robo-pup running away from home, only to be reunited and reconciled during a confrontation with Wave Man.

Mega Man and Suna must overcome a sibling dispute over what to do on their day off to stop Fire Man from overheating the city.

An "unscheduled" TV appearance not only lands Aki in hot water for missing class, but sets Ice Man on a misguided mission to "unite" (i.e. freeze together) every human and robot couple in the city.

Mega Man must stop Blasto Woman from plundering the Museum of the Hard Age and its cache of military grade weaponry.

While messing with the Suna-Copter, Aki and Bert accidentally destroy a bonsai tree belonging to the Light Family's personal robotic gardener, Chauncey. Upset over his loss, Chauncey becomes Cut Man, so he can take his revenge.

Mega Man gives out the Mega Man Emergency Code to the public, but it results in him doing low-stakes house calls that he feels are beneath him. He suddenly gets a contact from Hypno Woman who has him come to the power plant where she has hypnotized the workers to shut down the city.

While on his way to school to meet with Ashley about a drone project, Aki bumps into Man Man, a clumsy DIY superhero. Together they must track down and defeat Guts Man.

Inspired by the "Detective Fedora" movies, Mega Man decides play detective and figure out who's been hypnotizing the Good Guild.

Air Man stakes a claim on the skies above Silicon City, threatening anything that trespasses on his airspace. When he starts using the Air Man schematics against him, Aki starts acting vain and arrogant again.

When Elec Man derails the school play by hijacking Silicon Central's power, Aki/Mega Man must use what he learned onstage to defeat his supercharged foe.

Aki and Suna take a rehabilitated Ice Man out for a day in the city, but thing take a turn for the worse when Sgt. Night places a device on him that causes him to misinterprets their cues.

When Namagem starts using Hypno Woman's powers to haunt Mega Man's dreams, our hero must face his fears inside his nightmares. This is part of Sgt. Breaker Night's plot to make Mega Man's systems fail as he advises Namagen to also use his mind in battle as well.

Bert Wily is working to perfect his hover-board to perfect his sport of Hover-Surfing as Aki has different ideas to customize it. Meanwhile, Drill Man has plans to construct hundreds of drill-shaped high-rises that puts Silicon City in both aesthetic and physical danger. Mega Man must team up with Bert.

Suna and Ashley work on their science project. It turns into a blob monster that eats anything. When Silicon City is threatened by the blob monster, Mega Man must team up with Wood Man to defeat the blob monster.

While on a hiking trip, Aki loses Ashley's camera and heads out to retrieve it. He soon stumbles on a plot by Fire Man to reactivate a dormant volcano.

Mega Man has copied Cut Man's schematics which sends him on a perfection spree. This puts him in a competition with Cut Man who is now working as a hairdresser.

A prankster robot named Chaotique is causing trouble in Silicon City. She persuades Mega Man to take a break from his crime fighting.

Guts Man has been outdoing Mega Man in a strength battle. This forces Mega Man to copy Guts Man's schematics where he discovers that he not only has his super-strength, but also his insatiable appetite.

In order to prevent a powerful EMP emitter from falling into the wrong hands, Mega Man works together with Blasto Woman to stop the heist.

Mega Man has started to become envious at the fact that Namagen can wield three abilities at a time. This causes Mega Man to take his replicating schematics to the board with a grave side effect.

A bunch of tornadoes have been causing destruction in Silicon City. Mega Man discovers that Air Man and his quirky siblings are behind the attack.

After learning that his replacement Mrs. CHO was presented with a teaching award, Chemistry Man lays siege to Silicon Central.

Chaotique has broken into Dr. Light's laboratory. Mega Man must shut down the lab's defenses and defeat Chaotique before they are destroyed.

Lord Obsidian unites the Robot Masters against Mega Man and his family for an epic showdown at the Lighthouse.

As Suna and Dr. Light work on turning the Robot Masters against each other, Mega Man has a showdown with Lord Obsidian.
