As a winter storm traps everyone inside at The Mansion, Scarlett lets Evil Baby Demon Clown watch cartoons in her room to keep him occupied until he can play outside again. However, an EBDC with extra time on his hands tends to get into mischief, even with cartoons for entertainment.

CJ finds himself blamed for a series of werewolf related incidents across the college campus. Buzz Mackenzie, President of Delta Omicron Gamma, and D.O.G's faculty advisor, Professor Lon Talbot, arrive with Sgt. Wednesday to put our favorite young lycanthrope behind bars. But is he really guilty, or is he being framed again?

Strange happenings at The Mansion, such as disappearing items, banging cupboards, and odd wailing, lead Scarlett and CJ to suspect that yet another ghost has taken up residence in The Mansion. Does this signal the return of Bette Crawford, Sir Farnsfield Remington, or a new spirit? Or is the answer something a little more Earthly in nature?

Scarlett and CJ are coerced into babysitting Rhoda, the adorable - and heretofore unknown - 9 year old daughter of neighbors Myron and Amelia Bushell, who are going away on a business trip. Why would the Bushells leave their precious daughter with people they hate? Perhaps it's because everyone else turned them down.

Desperate to find a Mother's Day gift for Scarlett, CJ buys a replica of a famous necklace from a door-to-door salesman. Unfortunately, the salesman is actually famed jewel thief DJ Ruffles, looking for a place to store his latest acquisition, and the necklace is the real Feline of Eternal Optimism, an ancient bauble that carries a powerful curse.

A mysterious woman named Sylvia Gothel arrives at The Mansion, claiming to be Evil Baby Demon Clown's birth mother. But EBDC's not going to easily give up his life with his beloved adopted mother Scarlett. But is Sylvia really his mother? And if she is, will she regret coming back?

Student teacher CJ is assigned to supervise after school detention. Unfortunately, one of the two girls in his charge just may have a family tie to some old enemies and may hold a grudge against both him and the other student. Will he be able to keep order?

A pair of collectible rubber ducks disappear from Doyle Ware's Ware and Tear Antiques and Rubber Duck Emporium. Due to earlier run ins with Scarlett's twin sister Sapphire and Cousin Rhinestone Kaiju, he heads to The Mansion looking for answers. But will he be able to tell Scarlett apart from Sapphire before extracting vengeance?

Inspired by a circus themed horror movie, EBDC decides to write his autobiography, The Life and Times of Evil Baby Demon Clown.

Trying to escape the negative things that have occurred over the last few Halloweens, Scarlett and CJ leave EBDC with his Nanny and go camping. Unfortunately, their vacation is disturbed by the arrival of Sgt. Wednesday, who is investigating a strange howling sound that has driven away all the other campers.

Scarlett and CJ are forced to cancel their Thanksgiving plans with Sgt. Wednesday ask for their help to search for an item that was stolen from Mr. Crabapple's home: A VHS copy of the terrible movie that they're hosting. Meanwhile, Nick Shyster contacts Wednesday, anxious to restart their P.I. business.

CJ has been accepted into the graduate studies program at St. Glendon's School of Education. However, he still hasn't told Scarlett about his plans to move away. While trying to find the appropriate moment to tell her, the news becomes common knowledge throughout the neighborhood. Will he be able to tell her before someone else does? Meanwhile, Adam, CJ's high school pal, returns from Germany with some devastating news.
