When Jack takes Gabe and Sam on a road trip to see his favorite band, Tess tries to juggle baby-sitting Spencer and a girls' night with Allie, but finds that taking care of her little brother is tougher than it looks.

Tess gets her brothers to stop fighting for Christmas, but when her plan backfires and Spencer runs away, they all learn a valuable lesson from Santa at the mall.

After organizing an all-girls Valentine's Day outing with dateless Allie and Chloe, Tess accepts a date with a boy, and almost goes crazy trying to juggle both plans so as not to let anybody down.

Tess is determined to keep Jack on as her wrestling coach, even if it means helping him land the dreaded position of Vice Principal in charge of school discipline.

Tess takes a part-time job as a dog washer, but when Allie insists on working there too it puts a strain on their friendship.

After ignoring Gabe's warning about dating an older boy, Tess gets humiliated by him and must decide the best way to teach a bad guy a good lesson.

When Tess and Sam get their drivers' licenses, the family embarks on a new era of complicated car logistics, but the wheels come off as Tess steals the car during Gabe's turn and races to the mall to help Allie buy her the perfect prom dress.
