Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy have been settling into their apartment for the past two weeks, and their relationship has never been better. All the while, Venom sends Sandman and Abomination to kill Spider-Man. Spider-Man must work with Iron Man and Hulk to defeat both of them.

Miles Morales is Spider-Man, and has come from a separate timeline to ours. Miles works with Peter to stop a prison break caused by Venom. Whilst they are trying to stop the escaping inmates, Doc Ock and many others escape, to cause chaos to the city.

Peter and Gwen are starting their new biophysics class taught by Dr. Curtis Conners. But while they're learning, Hydro-Man causes a tsunami to destroy the city. The entire city is in panic, and everyone's lives are at stake. Spider-Man must defeat Hydro-Man, and his friends must save his loved ones.

Peter is having troubles in his life of being Spider-Man. Everything wrong in Peter Parker's life is because of Spider-Man, so Peter must deal with that conflict. Meanwhile, Harry Osborn and Mary Jane Watson go out on a date, and Harry tries desperately to make her feel the same way he feels about her.

Harry Osborn and Mary Jane Watson are officially dating. Harry is thrilled that he's finally together with Mary Jane, as they tour the town during a rainstorm. And at the same time, Michael Morbius is back trying to kill Spider-Man.

On an average night in New York City, Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy are helping May repair the damages caused by Hydro-Man. All of the sudden, they hear a knock at the door, and find that it's Richard and Mary Parker, Peter's parents at the door.

Spider-Man catches Green Goblin, and puts him in prison. But before he can celebrate that he put Osborn behind bars, he discovers that his Aunt May was kidnapped. Peter will stop at nothing for May's safety, and goes through every suspected villain who could have kidnapped her.

Criminals were attacking innocents, when Spider-Man stopped them, and Tommy Wiseau helped him as well. Spider-Man tells him that this isn't safe, and Tommy attacks Spider-Man, presuming he killed him. Tommy throws a celebration party to celebrate Spider-Man's demise. Meanwhile, Harry and MJ go out.

Gwen told Peter that Venom's true identity is himself from another timeline. Venom will go after everyone Gwen loves to punish her for telling him. Spider-Man must save them from Venom, whilst Daredevil and Punisher want him to help take down Tombstone.

Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy are enjoying their day and going on dates, while, Venom remembers his past and his upbringing to becoming who he is.

Black Cat is back and robbing numerous places, when she reunites with her estranged father. Peter recovers from his last battle with Venom, and tries to stop Black Cat from stealing.

Peter, Gwen and Miles all have a plan to defeat Venom for good. They use one of Harry's planes, and will try to crash it into Venom. There's no way that plan couldn't work. Could it?

Venom took Gwen Stacy and Harry Osborn to an abandoned building, and tells them his intentions and plans to torment Spider-Man. Before Peter and Miles can save Gwen and Harry, they have to stop Rhino from causing mayhem to the city.

Curt Conners continues to be tempted by the Lizard, and turns into the creature once again. Spider-Man tries his best to turn Lizard into Conners for good, whilst Gwen is having trouble with this news.

Jean DeWolff has been murdered in her house. Spider-Man and Daredevil try to discover who, and decide to work together to find this person and afterwards, defeat the Kingpin once and for all.

Mysterio is back, with his illusions more powerful than ever. Spider-Man tries to stop him, but his illusions are almost unstoppable now. Peter must focus on defeating Mysterio, attending to his aunt in the hospital, go to his college, take pictures for the Daily Bugle and spend time with his fiancee.

Hammerhead has worked for Doctor Octopus and the Kingpin in the past, and now is working individually. Spider-Man has to stop Hammerhead, who is far stronger than him. And at the same time, he has to defeat the Shocker who is also trying to hurt him and innocents.

Vulture is back trying to kill Harry Osborn. Spider-Man has to stop Vulture from doing that. Spider-Man and Vulture battle, but Vulture's wingsuit is very powerful.

Kraven starts roaming New York, brutally attacking criminals, including coincidentally, a group of thugs assaulting Gwen Stacy. The culmination of these activities is Kraven's attempting to defeat the supervillain, Venom, whom Spider-Man has been unable to defeat.

Venom hospitalizes Gwen Stacy, but Spider-Man stops him before he could do any more damage. Peter brings her to the hospital, when Cletus Kasady shows up to murder everyone in the hospital, including Gwen and Aunt May.

Max Dillon meets an old flame of his, Norma Lynn, as she tells him that she gave birth to his daughter, Francine. Max decides to raise his daughter, whilst dealing with his old Electro tendencies.

Harry Osborn tells Peter and Gwen about his ties to the Green Goblin, and that he now believes his father, Norman, is the true Green Goblin. Harry knows that Peter has to put him in prison, and Spider-Man goes to take the Goblin down once and for all.

Spider-Man and Venom will have their final battle. Everything has been leading to this. Who will live and who will die? Who will win and who will lose?
