Tension rises in the subjugated Alliance.

Yang once again creates a strategic advantage to make up for his smaller fleet.

The continuation of the Battle of the Corridor, during which both sides are pushed to their limits.

By changing their tactics, the imperial forces succeed in taking advantage of their superior numbers, slowly pushing back Yang's fleet.

Yang decides to accept Von Lohengramm's peace offer and leaves Iserhlohn Fortress, unaware that this will be his final journey.

The mourning Iserlohn Fortress faces the treat of desertion, when vice-admiral Murai takes on a role of understated heroicness.

Von Lohengramm, weakened by his illness, reflects on Yang's death, and the fact that in terms of capabilities, he is now completely alone.

While Rubinsky, Oberstein and Lang are all busy behind the curtains, Von Lohengramm declares Fezzan the location of the new imperial capital.

Governmental reforms take place in the former Alliance territory and the newly founded Iserlohn Republic, where Julian ponders on his duty to succeed Yang.
