After five years of waiting in prison, Sara receives an unexpected sentence. El Teca tries to kidnap Sara, but captures someone close to her instead.

At the airport, El Indio scrambles to cover the cartel's tracks. Consuelo makes a sacrifice, enabling Sara and Faría to immediately attempt an escape.

El Teca gets a hint about the person who bribed the judge in Sara's sentencing. Sara finds herself stuck in close quarters with bully Makoki.

At Mario's party, Aracely sees El Teca making a secret deal with a VIP. Sara is sent to the same hospital as her son. El Teca spots a familiar tattoo.

Aracely is used as a pawn. El Teca tells Sara who was behind her sentence and offers his protection. Manuel plans an ambush.
