With stolen explosives, Sebastian readies his revenge against the Davenports for the death of Victor Krane.

Chase, Adam, Bree and Leo learn that a friend has formed an evil rebellion to exact revenge, leading to a bionic battle of good versus evil.

While Adam, Bree and Chase fail to return Spin and Bob from an unauthorized field trip, Donald gets stuck wearing something he shouldn't.

When Perry's nasty niece Kerry comes to the island school for a stay, things start getting destroyed. Kerry's the prime suspect, but bionic evidence leads Chase to believe not all of Sebastian's rebels were rounded up.

A remnant of Victor Krane's evil comes to the island academy in the form of Douglas' long-lost bionic dog Otis, bringing allergies to Chase, obedience to Adam, and a mission to kill.

Leo's effort to draw public attention for himself winds up flooding the school phone lines with non-emergency calls.

Adam and Chase each lead their own student groups against each other in a series of simulated exercises that will evaluate both student and mentor performances.

As Leo recuperates from a minor injury, Tasha learns she's been deceived about his level of participation in the hero missions.

For fun on a day off, Douglas and Chase bring a long-extinct prehistoric sea-spider back to life, which soon puts one Academy member's life in immediate danger and imperils the rest.

Bree and Chase discover that a female bionic student has a commando app like Chase. After she starts terrorizing the academy, they activate Spike to subdue her.

Donald's top scientist, Dr. Ryan, arrives at the academy to test his latest advance in space technology - Chase's Space Elevator.

Douglas reveals that a former colleague is a movie director who wants to make a movie based on Adam, Bree, and Chase; when the director shows up to the academy with her actor, Troy West, for research, her evil agenda begins to unfold.

Having won an initial battle against Giselle and Troy, the bionic team scrambles to find the abducted Chase before Giselle has time to cut him open for his bionic chip.

S-1's return makes the team aware of a doomsday virus embedded in Krane's ex-soldiers that leaves all bionic teens with only ten hours to live before exploding as human bombs.

Chase and Donald create a new, groundbreaking energy source and unveil it to the world. Meanwhile, Kaz and Oliver infiltrate the academy in hopes of Kaz finally obtaining powers.

Douglas develops a new piece of technology replicating Chase's bionic intelligence and gives it to some of the other academy students, including Bob.

Donald gives Eddy, the smart home system, a synthetic human body, and Human Eddy quickly becomes a model employee working alongside Perry.

Perry brings back a skull from a neighboring island and everyone is convinced that it's cursed.

While trying to prove his worth before his bionic step-siblings, Leo permanently injures a teammate, all because the U.S. President overlooked him for an upcoming team award.

Racked with guilt over blinding a teammate, Leo moves back to Mission Creek, but his self-exile ends when his family finds itself in extreme danger.

To score a ticket to an alma mater collegiate football game (against Tasha's alma mater team), Perry uses her car as a cooking implement.

Adam, Bree and Chase are surprised when they find out they have another bionic sibling who was adopted and had a normal life.

Donald takes everyone for a visit to "Davenportia," the first human space colony located on a remote planet in another galaxy.

Krane's evil cohort, Dr. Gao, reveals their plan to wipe out and replace Earth's population with a bionic civilization.

The academy students begin to vanish after receiving an operating system upgrade. The Davenport group puts their lives at risk when they face off against the vanished students' captors - a nefarious duo they recognize from their past.

Giselle forces Douglas and Donald to watch their bionic creations and academy students suffer before killing them all, but she fails to regard Leo.
