King Peter comes to Serbia after assassination of Alexander. He needs to take the reigns of power or perish between military and civilian powers.

Peter need to balance the power between Nikola Pasic and military branches especially new and up and coming secret service leader Apis. In the meantime rift between his sons is widening.

The crisis of illegitimate annexation of Bosnia by Austria is shaking political powers throughout Europe. Elements of Serb military are getting dissatisfied and are planning plots. Will they find allies to execute is yet to be seen.

Crisis between Serbia and Austria is deepening. Alexander was declared successor to the throne. But will he be fit for the duty. Dark times are ahead for Serbia and King Petar seems to feel them in his bones.

Austrian army marches into Serbia. Regent Alexander is trying to cope with situation. Serb military is mobilizing and preparing to meet opponent on rugged terrain near mountain Cer.

Austrian and Serb army cross swords in the region of mountain Cer. The very first battle of World war 1 occurs.

Serb army is retreating ahead of Austro German onslaught. But Zivojin Misic has a plan in order to repeal full scale invasion. King Petar is trying to plead with allies to solve lack of supplies in Serb army.

Serb armies retreat on the onslaught of the enemies. Makrena is trying to find her son.

Serb army typhoid fevered start retreat trough Albania, headed by king Petar.

Soldiers, animals, the whole nation is suffering under the Austrian yolk. Occupiers of Serbia commit various atrocities against Serb people. While Serb army is suffering heavy casualties while retreating trough Albania.

Final step of voyage to Corfu. Serb army is trying to reach it but will leave they lives in mountains of Albania.
