Six months after killing Sekar, Viktor has been off-duty to take care of Gayathri, who is rehabilitating. SI Kishore and his superior, Thilak,discover corpses of the cops who used to spy on Viktor for the AC, accompanied by a Thirukural note. Thilak questions psychologist and motivational speaker, Lankeshwaran, inside whose car the corpses were found. Meanwhile, Viktor still tries to track where Geetha is but reaches another dead end.

Lankeshwaran claims innocence saying his car was stolen two months ago and that he was live streaming a motivational video at the time of the murders. Aware of the Thirukural connection, the Commissioner convinces Viktor to help with the double murder case. SI Priya's husband, Constable Muthu, goes missing. Viktor's suspicion on Lankeshwaran grows after the latter quotes Thirukural discreetly. To everyone's shock, Muthu's body is found in the trunk of a car near the police station.

The cops find a Thirukural note from Muthu's body also. Viktor gets permission from the Commissioner to question Lankeshwaran once more. Due to simmering ego clashes Thilak over Lankeshwaran's involvement, Viktor and Kishore assign 'friends of police' to spy on Lankeshwaran. Viktor suspects a mole in the department who leaked Sekar's case details and also meets criminal psychologist Nassar to analyse Lankeshwaran's videos.

The techie from Sekar's case who got kidnapped, activates a GPS tracker as part of Viktor's bait. While Viktor follows the GPS location, Kishore takes a detour to provide backup to constable Sabari, who is being followed by a car. Viktor finds the tracker but the techie is still missing. Sabariis run over by the mysterious car before Kishore can get there. Subsequently, Kishore is also knocked out by Lankeshwaran.

Viktor gets no response from Kishore, Sabari and constable Malik. At Anjali's house, a mysterious car is parked. The car gets Gayathri's attention and when she opens the trunk, she finds the techie's body. Viktor and Anjali try to comfort a traumatized Gayathri. Meanwhile, the Commissioner reprimands Viktor and Thilak for the turn of events while they blame each other. Viktor is given one last chance to find Kishore.

Viktor is devastated by the loss of Kishore. He is stripped from the case, which gets assigned back to Thilak. Viktor convinces Priya to help him investigate Lankeshwaran privately. Meanwhile, in the dungeon, Geetha attempts to get her captor talking but in vain. Thilak meets Lankeshwaran and open up to him about his marital problems. Thilak investigates the 'stolen car' angle. Meanwhile, Viktor tells Priya that Lankeshwaran's next target could be him.

Thilak breaks down before Lankeshwaran after the news of his wife attempting suicide. Through a hacker, Viktor and Priya unveil the hidden comments under Lankeshwaran's videos for further clues. This leads them to Ajay, who believes Lankeshwaran was behind his girlfriend Reena's suicide. Viktor also reaches out to the father of another deceased woman, Sofia, who gives more leads on Lankeshwaran. The breakthrough from this investigation allows Viktor to finally arrest Lankeshwaran.

Thilak complains to the AC about Viktor sidestepping him. In custody, Lankeshwaran reveals to Viktor that he is holding Geetha hostage. Viktor has no choice but to destroy all evidence against Lankeshwaran to keep Geetha alive. Priya falls out with Viktor for betraying her faith in him. When Viktor hands the evidence over to Lankeshwaran's accomplice as instructed, he suddenly shoots himself. Thilak enters the scene to find the dead accomplice and Viktor holding a gun.

Thilak closes the case, concluding that the accomplice was behind all the murders. ButLankeshwaran manipulates Thilak into thinking that this may be a cover up to hide the fact that Viktor is behind all the killings and Geetha's abduction. Meanwhile, Viktor breaks into Lankeshwaran's house and ends up finding a voice recorder. Once Lankeshwaranis freed from custody, Priya abducts him single handedly and drives away.

Listening to Geetha and Sekar's voices as part of recorded therapy sessions with Lankeshwaran, a startled Viktor connects all the dots. Gayathri also confirms to Viktor that Lankeshwaran was the other person with Sekar, upon seeing his picture. As Viktor overpowers another accomplice of Lankeshwaran, he is told that Priya has killed Lankeshwaran. When Viktor loses all hope, the police miraculously stumbles upon an unconscious Geetha in the back of an abandoned car. While the case gets closed and a still-disturbed Geetha recuperates, Lankeshwaran is seen driving off ...
