The doctors discuss matters concerning the heart. Dr Maale-Adsei travels to Battor, Ghana to meet Theresa, an eighteen year old girl whose life had taken a turn for the worse as a result of difficult child birth. He also meets Esther, an eight year old who was diagnosed with a hole in heart.

The panel of doctors talk about eyes. Dr Maale-Adsei travels to an eye clinic in Bolgatanga change the lives of fifteen patients who need corrective eye surgery. He then meets Bismark, a thirteen year old boy whose intestine became non-functional as a result of being born with Hirschprung's disease.

The topic the doctors discuss n this episode has all to do with pain. Dr Maale-Adsei then meets Yeboah Mawempumor, a boy who has been battling with the effects of a venomous snake bite. He then visits the Orthopedic Training Center to see to see how they help many people in need.

The doctors look at how the environment increases the chance of infectious diseases. Dr Maale-Adsei then meets Engu, a young man who has gone through at least ten operations to save his leg and hip. He also visits Abdul Malik, a four year old boy who swallowed caustic soda accidentally.
