When Aunt Bee visits the base, she becomes very distraught by Sgt. Carter's treatment of Gomer.

An artist comes to Camp Henderson to choose a marine to paint for a recruitment poster. Sergeants Hacker and Carter vie for her eye and in the end she paints Gomer with Sergeant Carter's eye.

Carol Burnett co-stars as Corporal Carol who puts the moves on Gomer endangering his relationship with his girlfriend Lou-Ann Poovie.

A visiting congressman from Gomers home area wants him promoted to Corporal but Gomer knows it's not for him.

Whenever Gomer has the same dream three times it comes true.

Sergeants Hacker & Carter put up singers to represent their platoons in a talent contest and then try to sabotage the others entries. Gomer sings.

While taking a tour of the White House, Gomer gets separated from the tour group and wanders into the Oval Office.

Gomer Pyle and Sergeant Carter are conned by a little boy pretending to be lost. Filmed on location in Washington, D.C.

Gomer overcomes obstacles to perform a brilliant vocal rendition of "The Impossible Dream."

Lou-Ann Poovie must decide between ex boyfriend Monroe or Gomer when her father butts in. Her dad thinks Gomer is a wimp until Gomer stands up for himself declaring his love for Lou-Ann.

Gomer thinks Sergeant Carter stole a watch and Gomer reports it to the base Chaplain.

Gomer enters a jingle writing contest and wins a free boat that turns out to be anything but free.

Friendly Freddy who sells fake goods accidentally sells Gomer a real ring and tries to break-up the relationship between Lou-Ann and Gomer to get the ring back.

Sergeant Carter and Miss Bunny break-up when Gomer and Lou-Ann tag along on a date. Then Gomer dates Miss Bunny and Lou-Ann dates the Sergeant in attempts to re-unite them with each other.

Manuel Cortez comes to America to observe the Marine Corps in action to help him learn about the U.S. military and to help his country's armed forces.

Gomer is assigned the responsibility of driving a General from Los Angeles to Camp Henderson but keeps getting sidelined helping people out.

Gomer (Jim Nabors) is ordered to sing again and wears himself out as he insists on pulling his own weight by doing his daily chores at night.

Gomer spends a week in Mayberry but finds everyone away on vacation so he spends his time working in the filling station and spoiling crime.

Sergeant Carter and Private Pyle are asked to sit for a Colonels dog which runs off. In an attempt to find it they round up three wrong dogs.

Gomer helps a teenager out by buying her a soda when she doesn't have any money and then she keeps showing up during Gomers dates with Lou-Ann.

Sergeant Hacker sets Gomer up with a burlesque dancer as a joke telling him that she's a school teacher from out of town. Gomer wins her over with his charm and when he finds out the truth he accepts her for who she is.

A baby buggy is accidentally sent to Gomer and he ends up apprehended for shoplifting when he tries to return it to the department store that sent.

Lou-Ann has a new boss and has to work late during his first week doing inventory. Sergeant Carter leads Gomer to think she's cheating on him.

Gomer buys Dolly, an old horse, to save it from the glue factory, without taking into consideration the question of 'how you hide a horse on a marine base?'

Sgt Carter tries to evict a tomato farmer from secluded base property, but he has the legal right to be there.

Sergeant Carter finally gets Gomer transferred out, to Sergeant Hackers squad. Then Hacker and Carter make a wager with Gomer going to the loser. Sergeant Carter throws the contest to get Gomer Pyle back.

Gomer befriends a night club comedian played by Jerry Van Dyke and helps him gain confidence.

Gomer tells the story of Romeo and Juliet to bring two feuding Hungarian families together whose children are dating against their wishes.

Gomer brings a baby on base when the parents he is babysitting for get delayed.

Gomer and the Sergeant are swindled again by Friendly Freddy, this time buying defective suits.
