MFSB is back. And this time he's - in Australia?!? That's right - live from the Central Business District where the lengthy 'Park Traverse' proves more difficult than initially thought.

If you're a dyed in the wool 'dirtbag' you know what it's like, to go anywhere, first you have to do a few things, like, warm up the van.

Check out the view as we wander through the Sydney's Central Business District to the Botanical Gardens traverse.

Ah, the constant drive to and from the project - encapsulated here in an impromptu interview enroute from Rosebury to the water.

Hosh is back. Well, kinda, as he does appear in several stories in this one.

Even though he's on the other side of the world, Hosh motivated MFSB in this one. And it's a good thing too as he needs all the help he can get.

On warmups, mobility, and all things 'prep' no one holds a candle to Jack. Don't know who Jack Lalanne is? Other than a fitness pioneer, creator of the 'jumping jack', and general bad ass, he was also an inspiration.
