Swedish Rickard has been living a quiet life for ten years in semi-criminal circles in Thailand. One day, his fifteen year old daughter suddenly shows up and turns his life upside down.

After getting his daughter out of prison, Rickard hopes that all his problems are solved and that she will return home to Sweden, but then Thyra brings new revelations that make Rickard realize that there is no way back.

Thyra, who is furious after Rickard's betrayal, has disappeared and Rickard is trying to desperately catch her to prevent her from committing a fatal mistake.

A tragic event brings Rickard and Thyra closer to each other, but Birdie becomes increasingly desperate and takes help of the brutal torpedo Mark to get a hold of Rickard.

Thyra's reveal of Rickard's true identity has temporarily saved his life. Now Thyra has to quickly get him out of his prison in Mark's workshop before his old enemies come to bring him to Sweden.

Rickard is once again forced to lie to Thyra to put her in safety. He himself becomes overcrowded by Pranée who wants to use him in the game against drug trafficking.

After Fabian's death, Rickard agrees to risk his life by participating in the plan to reveal the drug lord Ben. At the same time Hansi tracks Thyra out on the island where Rickard believes he has left her in safety.

Rickard's old enemy, Lars Kovac, comes to claim his revenge. He wants to see Rickard die. With Thyra as bait, he succeeds in tricking Rickard straight into the trap.
