Bette's styling her ultimate dream man, Art Rooijakkers. Her brother Kirk finally has once again an audition and their father Thomas also announced that he has great news for them .

Bette is struggling with the family and the new relationship of her father. He has wedding plans with the Romanian Internet bride Ruxandra, which he has brought to the Netherlands. But there is good news, contractor Johan showing an increasing interest for her.

Bette goes bowling with Johan and secretly finds it quite fun.

Bette goes along with Ruxandra to buy a wedding dress by Mary Borsato. Kirk is planning a picnic with Morten, but the picnic is not as he had hoped it should be. Meanwhile, Bette does not understand why Johan suddenly breaks off her.

Johan does not show up on a date with Bette, because his daughter Dewi has come back from Senegal with an unexpected souvenir. The new chihuahua ensures high tensions between Morten and Kirk.

Kirk may come back in the soap opera ''Goede tijden, Slechte Tijden'' and asks his father to come along. Bette can not and will not deny that she is madly in love with Johan, but is afraid of the reactions of her surroundings.

That one line of text in ''Goede tijden, Slechte tijden' ' seems rather difficult for Kirk. Bette gets to know the family of Johan, but the dinner is not as it should be run.

Bette meet Yvonne, Johan's ex-wife. This makes it seem like Bette and Johan are driven apart. Bette and Johan have to step over here, so that they can together to the wedding of Thomas and Ruxandra.
