Dr. Jeffrey Schwartz appeared on Eye on Entertainment to promote his book "You Are Not Your Brain", co-written with Dr. Rebecca Gladding. Dr. Schwartz is a research psychiatrist at the School of Medicine at the University of California at Los Angeles and one of the world's leading experts in neuroplasticity.

Filmmaker Kellie Madison and Dr. Jeffrey Schwartz appeared on Eye on Entertainment in December 2010 to promote "Machine Man", a feature film dealing with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

Jordan is the writer, producer and director of the short film "Kill Devil Hill". The film is "a re-enactment of one of the most bizarre crimes in history; an unsolved crime that triggered a bizarre series of murders throughout North Carolina."

Dawna Lee Heising and John Cox of Eye on Entertainment covered the poetry and music event 'Fool for Love' at Beyond Baroque on Thursday, April 21, 2011 in Venice, CA. The event featured: Rex Weiner, Jerry Garcia, George Small, Beth Ruscio, Leon Martell, S.A. Griffin, Tommy Swerdlow, Yvonne De La Vega and Iris Berry, and John Di Fusco with percussionist Al Kieth. John DiFusco performed at the event and Dawna also interviewed Tucker Smallwood.

The Los Angeles premiere at Rogue Machine Theatre of Cormac McCarthy's The Sunset Limited on November 6, 2010 garnered across-the-board critical acclaim and sold-out houses during the initial weeks of its run in 2010. The play was so successful that the run was extended into May 2011. The play was directed by John Perrin Flynn and starred Tucker Smallwood as Black and Ron Bottitta as White.

Dawna Lee Heising interviewed filmmaker Timothy Tau and actress Cyndee San Luis of "The Case" at the short film's premiere at the Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival on April 29, 2011 at the Laemmle Sunset 5 Theatre. The film is a homage to the notion of "Genre" and is a detective film that mixes multiple genres including Film Noir, Sci-Fi, Spaghetti Westerns, Horror Camp (in the vein of Ed Wood), and more. Writer, producer and director Timothy Tau says that the film "is a tribute to Cinema in all its forms!"

Margarita Pidgeon was the hair stylist for "The Fast and the Furious", which also screened at the 2011 LAAPFF.

Mark Wasserman's COMMUTE won the Del Weston Excellence in Film Award at the 2007 Action on Film Festival and earned Wasserman another Best Actor nomination.
