It's winter and there's plenty on Dick and Angel's never-ending to-do list, starting with transforming the 150-year-old granary store in the original coach house into a luxurious bedroom suite.

Dick and Angel crack on with replacing the whole of the chateau's original roof. Angel has a colourful vision for Dick's preserves cupboard, but there are repairs to be done first.

With life a bit quieter than normal, Dick and Angel throw a Great British garden party for Arthur and Dorothy's friends, and work finally starts on re-slating the chateau roof.

Angel comes up with an ingenious plan for more storage space, and as the re-slating of the roof continues, Dick and Angel preserve some old wallpaper and create memory furnishings

Some astonishing parts of the chateau are revealed for the first time. While Dick's keen to use the newly discovered attic space for storage, Angel's vision is to create a celestial-inspired sky bar.

Dick and Angel immerse themselves in colour boards and computer mock-ups, as they go about rendering the chateau, and when clearing out the piggery, discover an old gadage that once would have been used to make cider.

Work continues on the chateau's roof and exterior walls, but Dick and Angel uncover more issues - And can Papi Steve make a second front door key from the huge 150-year-old one?

The Strawbridges visit the Alsace region of France, where they sample some local delicacies. Once they are back at the chateau, they create a magical Christmas inspired by their trip.
