Emeril visits some great restaurants around the State of Florida run by chefs that came here from other countries.

Emeril checks out three fine dining restaurants around Florida then prepares a luxurious dish for a big night in.

Emeril travels to Florida's Space Coast. Highlights include Café Margaux, which serves bistro fare; seafood at "Fat Snook"; and a German restaurant known for its selection of craft beer. Also: a recipe for lobster w/pappardelle is prepared.

Emeril visits some favorite waterfront restaurants around the state, then prepares his "Marinated Crab Claws."

Emeril dines at the Spanish-style steakhouse, "Capa", during his stay at the "Four Season Resort Orlando" at Walt Disney World; visits "Scratch" and "East End Market"; preparing potato and Florida lobster croquette.

Hot spots located in downtown areas are explored by Emeril, including the Meat Market in South Beach; the Birchwood Hotel in St. Petersburg; the Italian gastropub Hullabaloo in West Palm Beach; a crab-and-corn cheesecake is prepared.

Emeril explores the rising Naples culinary scene, during visits to the Italian eatery, "Osteria Tulia", and the waterfront restaurant, "Mereday's Fine Dining". And lastly, he dines on fresh fish at "Pinchers Crab Shack".

The farm-to-table movement in Florida is showcased as Emeril travels to St. Augustine, Boca Raton and Miami. Later, he prepares lettuce wraps with tuna, ponzu, jalapeño and sriracha.

The Bay and Vin'tij Wine Boutique and Bistro are among the restaurants highlighted during Emeril's culinary tour of South Walton. Also: he learns about the many events held in the region; and prepares a fresh and healthy salad.

Emeril visits family businesses. His travels include conch fritters in Key Largo; a well-regarded Italian restaurant in Daytona Beach; a mother-and-son duo who want to keep a loved one's legacy alive; and a recipe for leek-and-potato soup.

Emeril checks out some cool restaurants in Kissimmee, then cooks up some Fried Catfish Po'boys.

Emeril visits restaurants and breweries, owned and operated by people who have served in the armed forces. Included: "Yellow Dog Café"; "Veterans United Craft Brewery"; and "Magnolia Grill". Also: Emeril pays tribute to his dad.

Visiting some of Emeril's favorite food establishments in the southern part of the state. Included: an Asian-style gastropub in Miami Beach; the exotic fruit stand, "Robert Is Here"; and a historic Florida Keys resort.
