Today, we'll meet Marnie, a ballroom dancer who gets a ten for her cha-cha-chas, but zero oh-la-las when it comes to cooking fish. Well I say fear not that fish, together we'll make the perfect dish!

Today we'll meet Laura MacLean, who, through lots of hard work and the support of loving friends, lost 130 pounds. Chef Emeril wants to help fuel her new, healthy lifestyle with a protein rich Lentil Salad topped with Braised Greens.

Today, we meet Bren, an excellent cook who loves it all - beef tongue, oxtail, you name it. In fact, she's a regular dynamo in the kitchen. But when it comes to making pork, she doesn't know where to start.

Today we'll meet Helynn Nelson. She's great at everything except cooking. Her husband, on the other hand, can make a gourmet meal out of beans and boudin. Helynn's competitive nature won't allow her to settle for second place, even in the kitchen.

Today we'll meet Mike Forgey. Mike spent a lot of time in New Orleans when he responded to Katrina. But this time Mike's Jambalya is the one in trouble and Emeril is coming to his aid with some New Orleans classics
