Maria wants to protect her daughter for the danger of her pregnancy, but Wendy has other plans. Sven returned to the island again, after he suddenly disappears three months ago. Femke gets an unexpected exciting visit. Oscar moved in by Maria and he has his sights on a new project, but Maria is less more enthusiastic . Robbert has something to celebrate and organize a party on the beach. His friend Paul comes for the first time after his accident back on the island. Isa is working hard on her career, as a accomplished movie star enters she the red carpet.

Robbert wants to help his best friend Paul and has made a risky plan. Fedde wants to cooperate with his plan, but Maria is totally against and unintentional she ensures Robbert become in even more danger. Wendy is very happy with her newborn daughter, unfortunately she is confronted by consequences of teenage motherhood. A great love of Oscar comes to Vlieland. Oscar asks her if she stays to work with him to run the beach club. Femke finds out about a hidden family secret.

Jan Barendtz wakes up on the dike and can't remember anything from the night before. Femke hasn't come come all night and Maria is deeply worried. Vlieland gets a mysterious new inhabitant, who will report at Maria's practice. Robbert takes Paul on a night out, to cheer him up. The night goes well for Paul, but the night ends not as planned. Oscar makes an extraordinary discovery as he enters his own house.

Robbert finds a weird spot on the leg of Eva and he is sending her to Maria. Eva turns out to be sicker then everyone expected. Femke suffers from her forgetfulness, and she decides to make bucket list together with Hans. Robbert makes several attempts to obtain illegal medications. Maria wants Wendy goes further with her study, but Wendy wants stay at home and take care for her daughter. This makes for a conflict between them with far-reaching consequences. And who exactly is the new pastor where everyone is talking about? Isa goes to investigate.

The lawsuit from Wendy expires different than she expected, but will this changes about her decision? Oscar and Maria are fighting. Does this mean the end of their relationship? Heleen wants that Joey come to home again. Isa misses Fedde very much and takes a drastic decision. Femke goes along with Hans to Apeldoorn. The horses in the stables appear to have an infectious disease, can Maria save the horses and her own?

Maria goes to a psychiatrist and discovers more about herself and her past than she had expected. Wendy does everything to get the custody of her child and involves a lie for its own sake. Isa surprises Fedde and Maria with a decision that she has taken. Eva's biological clock is starting to tick, and Robbert is not ready to think about children. Paul is starting to get sick by Robbert's treatment. Maria does a very surprising discovery with the help of Isa.

Maria gets a surprise visit from her Oscar during the night, which make him deep in trouble. Maria wonders why all men in heat life run away from her during the session by the psychiatrist. After this visit is Maria going to visit for the first time the house of Sven. Paul gets nasty side effects of the treatment from Robbert and got into serious difficulties. Isa thinks the new pastor is gay, but will be disappointed. And is it the end for good for Oscar and Maria?

Maria's psychiatrist Max comes to Vlieland, other residents wonder if he really is just for her therapy or just for her. Little Femke is sick and Wendy is very worried, but she won't go for help to her mother. Maria's appointment with Max is making Oscar suspicious. Oscar now lives with Robbert and Eva and is forced to sleep on the couch. He wants his house back, but Eva is just not ready to leave. Eva has a little surprise with major implications for Robbert. Forgetful Femke had to save her beloved by not forgetting him.

Jan Barendtz does a dangerous discovery on the beach, which has a major impact on the island. The entire population of Vlieland will be quarantined. The psychiatrist of Maria has a problem with their cooperation. Maria understands nothing of it at all. Will he also leave her?
