Yarra Central police are set a difficult task when a young girl is killed following a hit and run accident.

Mal White has served eight years for robbery with violence and attempted bribery. All he wants on his release is a savage revenge on those whom he perceives to have done him wrong. One of his intended victims is Sgt. Scotty Macleod.

The Yarra Central police arrive and become embroiled in the fight.

When a young boy is killed in a road accident, Yarra Central police suspect an ulterior motive for his death after they learn of threats against his family.
